The parents just moved int their own home with their 3 children and are in need of some assistance with furniture especially a safe place for the children to sleep. The parents are asking for 2 twin bed for the 4- and 6-year-old and a toddler bed for the 1-year-old. The toddler is a female and the 4- and 6-year-old are male.

There is a trying grandmother who has her 4-year-old granddaughter and due to the level of care the child needs the grandmother had to stop working to care for the child. To prevent the child from being sheltered the grand mother is behind $200 on her low-income housing and her electricity is currently disconnected for payment. Any assistance is appreciated.

The child (2) resides with her mother and father. The parents recently purchased a vehicle off Facebook marketplace and discovered the car is needing 4 new rims before the car will be able to drive. The family is needing assistance with purchasing and installing tire rims.

The parents are committed to providing a better life for their child and is needing assistance with getting on their feet to do so. The parents are currently living in a RV on a relatives property and do not have a baby camera to monitor the baby when he is sleeping. The parents can benefit for a baby monitor/ baby camera.

The mother and her 3 children are asking for assistance with paying the rent. The rental assistance needed is $1288.94. This amounts payment may be paid through the apartment's app/website. The mother has missed quite a bit of work due to having a 16-year-old child diagnosed with ADHD, Learning Disabilities and suffers from extreme mental health issues to where she is baker acted every other week for trying to hurt herself. The mother reports she will be able to work her full hours once the child is in residential and wouldn't need to leave work early to tend to her outbursts.

A family (2 adults and 2 boys ages 7 and 8) recently relocated and are working to get their home set up. They are trying to get a dining room set, large couch/sectional, and curtains. They plan to connect with Mustard Seed's furniture program to get these items but cannot afford the full processing fee. Any assistance with either the processing fee ($200 total but they plan to pay half) or with the requested items would be appreciated. The $200 processing fee should cover all three items they are requesting through Mustard Seed. The family has indicated that they will make any and all arrangements to pick up the furniture from Mustard Seed or any other organizations. The processing fee can be paid by money order, check, debit, credit, or cash.

Caregivers suddenly took into their care a 3-month baby that weighed 16 lbs. They are in need of a stroller and car seat in order to be able to travel to appointments and other places in accordance with the state law and requirements. The baby must be in a car seat while traveling in a vehicle.

A 17-year-old is seeking to enroll in a 6-week GED course that allows them to take the GED exam upon completion. The family requires assistance in purchasing the access code, as they have a low income. The access code can be obtained by logging into the youth's account and using a credit or debit card to make the purchase.
