A father is needing help paying for his sober living program. He had been hired for a job and had plans to cover the cost himself, but he was unable to get the job because of an unpaid traffic ticket. He is currently trying to do day jobs to pay off his ticket. If anyone could help with his sober living costs while he focuses on paying his ticket that would be super helpful that way he doesn't get kicked out of sober living. He has an outstanding move in fee of $125.00 and outstanding weekly rent in the amount of $375.00 for a total of $500 past due.

Please help 2 parents by providing them each a bus pass. These parents have a lower cognitive function and are not able to drive. They both depend on the public transit system to navigate daily tasks such as grocery shopping and classes needed to have their child back in their home. We appreciate any help the community can give.

A divorced mother of one child with 8 different disabilities is needing help with her rent. She makes too much to qualify for any assistance and she has recently had to reach out to find nursing help, that she has to pay for, because her child is unable to maintain in the facility he was in due to his outburst, none if which he has control of. He is non verbal, cannot walk and has a g-tube. Her elderly parents have been helping her as much as possible but she just found out her mother now has some health issues, so she has to help her father with that as she is their only child. Any help would be appreciated!

The department is working with a single mother who is desperately needing a new car seat for her 9 month old child. Unfortunately, all the mother has for her son currently is his infant car seat that he is quickly outgrowing. This single mother is in need of a convertible car seat that can be rear and forward facing and could grow with him as he continues to develop appropriately. I am certain this natural mother will accept any and all assistance offered to her at this time. We have a mother and daughter who have just been reunified. The mother has achieved quite a lot in a short period of time. The mother and daughter just moved into a new apartment. The mother has been diligent in search of employment. The mother is in need of utility assistance, groceries and a gas card. Help in these areas will assist the family while the mother finds employment.

The Demand Project (TDP) exists to eradicate human trafficking, online enticement, child sexual abuse material, and the commercial sexual exploitation of children. One of the ways we fight this is through our residential campus for teen girls. As the residents work through the program, we find ways to teach them money management. Unfortunately, some of the residents are not old enough to get a job off campus. We have been able to find jobs for them on campus and pay them with gift cards. Our stock of gift cards is dwindling and are hoping you would be able to help replenish the stash. We are looking for $10 gift cards to a variety of Places; such as Dollar General, Target, Wal Mart, ULTA, or even QuickTrip. We are thankful for your consideration to help provide for the residents. Hello, I'm looking for some assistance helping 2 girls 13 & 14 feel a little more at home. Foster mom is a teacher that the girls knew and she opened her home to take them in, but needs a little help replacing their personal items. The girls have asked us to see if we can find the following 1) A curling iron similar to the Conair Infinity Pro (roughly $25); 2) 2 kick scooters similar to the Wayplus, (roughly $70) - the girls are able to take scooters to visit the neighborhood park of the foster home, but the ones they have are in disrepair and this is an important activity for them; 3) a nightlight projector similar to the Galaxy 13 in 1 ($40) and; 4) both girls are very athletic and need help buying sports bras - both play soccer and attend jiu jitsu. They were uncomfortable sharing specifics about the sports bras, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Several of the families at school and jiu jitsu have pitched in to provide clothing and other items already, but they are missing these items and don't feel comfortable asking. Thank you!!

The department is currently working with a family who is without a personal vehicle. At this time, the parents are temporarily living apart from their two young children, aged 1 and 2 years old. Reliable transportation is essential for them to attend all scheduled visits and critical appointments related to reunification efforts and support services.

Providing bus passes would greatly assist these parents in maintaining consistent involvement in their children's lives and meeting the necessary requirements to work toward reunification. Any support in helping them access public transportation would be deeply appreciated.

Hello! I have two children who recently was able to reunite with their biological mother after several years. They have been visiting with her regularly and recently the biological mother has been helping care for her 15 year old while we search for a temporary home. As you know teenagers eat a lot of food and this mother is asking for assistance with groceries. She is a single mother to 1 child and has been great in assisting DHS with care for her other two children while we navigate the issues in the case. It would be great if anyone can help assist this mama with groceries for all her hard work. Any amount that can be given would be helpful! Thank you!

Safety Plan Monitor in need of high chair for one year old girl. SPMs are caring full-time for two children on an ongoing FCS case. SPMs are unable to work at the moment. Mom is working and engaging in FCS services, but funds are limited. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
