Help Strengthen a Bio Family
The client is a 38-year-old father of three children, ages five, four, and one. Approximately eight months ago, the client and his spouse separated. Following the separation, the client and his children found themselves to be in a desperate situation. The family currently reside with the paternal grandmother, who serves as their primary support system. The client takes on gig work when possible; however, he is unable to secure consistent hours due to childcare limitations. His mother, who is elderly, struggles to manage the daily care of three young, active children on her own. The client is without a car and relies on public transportation. The children’s mother has disengaged completely. Despite these difficulties, the client is actively working toward stability. He is currently recovering from alcohol use and regularly attends weekly counseling and support meetings. He is working with community support networks to obtain reliable childcare, which would allow him to pursue steady employment. The client is seeking assistance with clothing for the children, as they were left with the bare minimal following the separation. A bus pass, which would enable him to access job opportunities. The client wants to work and provide for his children. The client would be appreciative of any assistance that can be provided. Note: The family is open to gently worn children's clothes. Girls: 18-24 Months, Girls 4T (Shoe size 7.5 youth) Boys 6t or 7t (Shoes-11.5)

Help Improve a Child's Safety/Wellbeing
This is a second and follow up request for support on behalf of a family of six who are facing mounting financial challenges. In addition to struggling to meet basic needs like food, the family has now received a water disconnection notice. They have been behind on their bill for many months, and the amount owed has grown to over $2,000.
While they are not seeking assistance with the full balance, they are humbly asking for help covering $300 to prevent the imminent shut-off. Our organization is also looking for additional resources that can help the family pinpoint why the bill is so high. The mother shared that with reduced work hours and limited income, it has been extremely difficult to keep up with all essential expenses. She works at a warehouse and experienced a significant cut in her hours, reducing the family’s already limited income. The father is currently unable to work, as the construction company he was employed with is now requiring a Social Security Number, which he does not have.
If you are able to help, the contribution can be made directly to the City of Atlanta’s Department of Watershed Management via phone, and we can provide the account and payment details to make this possible.
Any support would mean so much to this family during this difficult time. Thank you for considering this request.

Help Strengthen a Bio Family
The client is a 21-year-old mother of a 15-month-old daughter and is currently eight months pregnant. She recently aged out of the foster care system and is determined to build a better life for herself and her children. With the support of a community agency, she was able to secure stable housing. Although she has held several part-time jobs, she has not yet been able to secure full-time employment. She has obtained a welding certificate, demonstrating her commitment to advancing her career. However, the client has a limited support system and frequently relies on community agencies for assistance with basic needs. She is currently seeking financial assistance to cover the referral fees required to obtain furniture through the Furniture Bank, as well as help with her electric bill. Her electricity is at risk of being disconnected, which is especially concerning given her advanced stage of pregnancy.
Any support provided would be deeply appreciated as she continues to work toward improving her life and providing a stable environment for her family.

Help Improve a Child's Safety/Wellbeing
We are reaching out to request assistance with groceries for a family of six who are currently facing financial hardship. The mother, who works at a warehouse, has recently experienced a significant cut in her hours, reducing the family’s already limited income. The father is currently unable to work, as the construction company he was employed with is now requiring a Social Security Number, which he does not have.
The family does not receive food stamps or other public assistance, and they are struggling to provide enough food for everyone in the household. In addition to their three children, the grandmother also lives with them. Due to her age and health, she is not able to work or contribute financially.
They are humbly asking for support with groceries to help sustain the household over the next two weeks. Any help would be deeply appreciated as they navigate this difficult period.
