We have a mother and daughter who have been brought back together. We have observed the mother and child to have a great bond. The mother just moved into a new apartment and will be starting a new job in the next couple of weeks. The mother has overcame many obstacle's in her life, and during our interaction with the mother we have observed an amazing turn around in her life. She is needing assistance with her rent and only has a short window of time to do so. If this barrier can eliminated it will help the mother save for incoming bills. We would like to add that this is a one time ask, because the mother believes she will be able to meet all of the needs in the home once she starts working full time. Parents of five are need of transportation assistance to get to family time at the DHS office, which is difficult from their location on the bus. An Uber or Lyft card would support them to see their children.

Greetings. I have a potential placement provider who is waiting for subsidy. She has sacrificed her own limited resources, again and again, to provide for the needs of this child. We are trying to be creative as to offsetting the placement providers costs. We are asking for a $50 gas card, a $50 laundry station card, groceries, and laundry soap.

He had been hired for a job and had plans to cover the cost himself, but he was unable to get the job because of an unpaid traffic ticket. He is currently trying to do day jobs to pay off his ticket. Safety Plan Monitor in need of high chair for one year old girl. SPMs are caring full-time for two children on an ongoing FCS case. SPMs are unable to work at the moment. Mom is working and engaging in FCS services, but funds are limited. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

A young father of a 2-year-old boy and newborn daughter has been ordered by the Court to submit to a hair follicle drug test. He is working, and searching for a job with more hours, but would appreciate help in complying with the Court's order.

Foster parents need size 5 diapers. There are two toddlers in the home that wears the same size. Currently, the toddlers wear Huggies brand (Walmart $70 for 132 count). Foster parents do not have the funds to meet this need and are asking for any help. Family members have been helping to supply diapers; however, this is an urgent need because the children needs diapers. This will help with maintaining placement. Thank you in advance.

Great grandma has kinship placement of a two years old . His newborn sibling is being placed in the home this week. She also has two grandchildren in guardianship that she does not receive any money for. Her air conditioner is not working. She cannot get someone to even come out and look at it without a charge. Right now she needs $70 to get it checked out and will need assistance with the repairs once they have looked at it.
