We have a client in urgent need of assistance with a past-due utility bill from her previous residence. She is a mother of five children and currently pregnant with her sixth. At present, she and her children are living with her mother due to the outstanding balance, which has made it impossible for her to return to her own home.

Her goal is to settle this bill and move back into stable housing before the upcoming school year begins. We are seeking any financial assistance, payment plans, or community resources that can help resolve the past-due amount so she can regain her independence and provide stability for her children.

Please help a pregnant mom and her kids transitioning out of homelessness. This client is a 30 year old single mother of two children and expecting again in early August. She has been struggling to maintain a safe home for her children. She moved from homelessness to staying at the Salvation Army shelter this spring, and with their help was able to move into a subsidized apartment and find a job. She had very little to furnish the apartment but was managing to pay bills and provide for her children until she was dismissed from her job without warning last month. She is now searching again for a job. She needs items for her new apartment as well as for the new baby boy due soon. She would appreciate any baby boy clothing. Gently used items welcome.

Grandmother with guardianship of her granddaughter has recently become homeless and is in desperate need of a storage shed to store their belongings. The two have a safe place to stay at this time but are in fear of losing the only personal belongings and furniture they have as they cannot take all of it with them. Getting a storage shed would greatly help this family and prevent them from having even more hardship to overcome when they establish their own housing.

Single Mom struggling with fluctuating employment has gotten behind on rent. She is working with School social workers on a long term housing plan but needs assistance paying rent arrears. Requesting $500 to get caught up

Single mom of 3 is expecting a baby girl at the beginning of August and needs assistance with items for her newborn. This is a mother that we've worked with in the past who is reaching out in hopes that we can help her provide items for her newborn baby to come home to. She is very hard working and does all she can to provide for her babies but as a single parent is struggling to secure the supplies she needs for her baby on the way. Any contributions to provide relief would immeasurably encourage and strengthen the welfare of this family.

A grandmother has just received custody of her 3 grandchildren. They are in need of clothes, shoes and school supplies.

Fostering Hope - one of our 111project Networking Partners is asking for additional AGE SPECIFIC Bibles that they can use to distribute out with their Hope Bags that they use to assist children and families in need within the Muskogee area and surrounding counties. By providing a Bible you are helping the ministry to provide the family with an easy conversation starter and age-appropriate reading tool to help with the child's development and potentially help with additional relational connection between Fostering Hope, it's clients and churches for wrap around support to the family and children.

This family has secured an apartment but cannot afford to fully furnish it. Dad, recently lost his job, rent is paid for this month. They need a sofa, beds, kitchen utensils, and the basic items for living. The children are ages 9 and 4, and grandma lives with them as well. They've been coming to Lighthouse Church as a result of using the pantry on site.
