The infant was recently placed with the paternal grandmother who isn’t employed and took in the child to avoid the child being placed in foster care.

The family is in need child proof locks for the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. They need child proof doorknobs, child proof wall plugs, and baby gate, and medication lock box. If the needs are met this will preserve the placement.

The child has been diagnosed with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, more commonly known as Brittle Bone disease. She has broken bones doing very simple everyday things, such as her foster parent putting on her coat when it was cold outside. She is now walking and is in more danger of breaks and fractures, as busy as toddlers can be. She recently broke her leg just from falling over when trying to walk. Foster parent is needing some safety items for the child as she is growing and exploring in the home. Foster mom has another foster child who is a toddler and 4 biological children in the home.

Mom and dad are caring for their 10 children. Dad is working a lot of small jobs for their income. Dad need assistance from mom in their household. Dad stated with him and his wife sharing a vehicle makes it hard for him to work. Dad stated he has to leave work early to bring the car to his wife so she can pick the children up from school and daycare. Dad stated he's trying to maintain his household, so his family is not evicted from their home. Dad asked if he could get assistance with transportation so he can build a strong foundation for his family. Dad stated he could use a vehicle, but he will also settle for whatever is offered to him. Dad stated he could take a donated vehicle.

The agency has been court ordered to assist a teen mother with obtaining a cell phone to maintain contact with her caseworker and agency. A pre-paid phone for at least 6 months-1 year. We would also like to request a tablet to assist her with participating in services for the agency.

PAL (Preparation for Adult Living) is taking 20 youth to a college conference. This conference allows foster youth to hear from youth with lived experience who are currently attending college, benefits for attending college, and getting youth excited for their future. We are in need of additional assistance for some items needed:

• 20 beach towels
• Snacks for 20 youth for three days
• Hygiene packs (body wash, shampoo and conditioner, wash cloth, mouth wash and deodorant)

Mom and dad live in the home with their 10 children. Mom started her new job 1 week ago. Mom and dad received an eviction notice that stated the family has 3 days to vacate. Dad stated he has some of the money but needed assistance. Dad works out of town, which leaves mom at home alone to care for the 10 children alone. Mom and dad would really benefit from one-time assistance. Dad stated he could maintain his family's stability if he receives one time assistance.

A young Mom and dad live in the household with their toddler son. Mom was laid off from her job and could not pay her portion of the rent. Mom and dad are in college and doing the best they can to take care for their son and maintain their stability. Mom and dad needs immediate help with one month of rental assistance to remain in their home with their son. Mom is working with uber and door dash to maintain their stability after receiving assistance.

Youth will be aging out of care soon. Youth is currently looking for full time employment to be able to pay her bills independently. She is currently focused on catching up on rent and utilities. Assistance with groceries is needed if possibly.

This is a sibling group of 5 but 4 are in the same placement. They are currently living with family. Their family is doing everything they can to make sure all of their wants and needs are being met. They could use some assistance with basic necessities like clothing and under garments.

They are in need of school uniforms; They can wear any color. Navy Blue, Light Blue, Maroon, White, Khaki

Male student age 17 passed from being hit by car and mental illness. Sibling age 14 grieving. Mother passed away from cancer a few years ago. Father works but does not have all of the money for funeral of 3,000 dollars and add ons. Father reports that student's organs saved three lives, a teen, a toddler and middle aged woman and that his son would have wanted it that way because he was kind. Hospital is going to provide some of the costs but has not informed parent as of yet. Father says any help would be appreciated as he counting on donations to help with services. I have a young adult in a HCS placement. This young adult needs continued stimulation for her growth. The young adult loves to color, draw, paint etc. She is very creative and it helps her with her stress. This young adult is limited on supplies at her placement. The young adult also has a small space she can work. A personal desk or television tray would be perfect for her to have to continue her artistic side. Any help would be greatly appreciated for this young adult.
