Hello! This request is made in regard to two sisters, a five and a ten-year-old, who have been recently placed with their grandmother. Grandma is currently going through financial strife at the moment as bills have been rising such as her utilities and mortgage and is having a hard time affording twin bed sheets for the kiddoes. When asked the kiddoes interests, grandma stated that the girls really like spongebob and would, ideally, love bedsheets from that character, if possible. Thank you so much! God bless you all!

There is a trying grandmother who has her 4-year-old granddaughter and due to the level of care the child needs the grandmother had to stop working to care for the child. To prevent the child from being sheltered the grand mother is behind $200 on her low-income housing and her electricity is currently disconnected for payment. Any assistance is appreciated.

The child (2) resides with her mother and father. The parents recently purchased a vehicle off Facebook marketplace and discovered the car is needing 4 new rims before the car will be able to drive. The family is needing assistance with purchasing and installing tire rims.

The mother of 4 children fleeing from domestic violence situation just moved into their own home where they can feel safe. The mother is asking for a few items to help with making her house a home. The children are in need of beds and bedding items and the mother is asking for a few household items. The children's ages are 9(F), 6(F), 4(M) and 1 (M).

The caregiver is an aunt caring for her six nieces and nephews. DCF in Georgia called the caregiver to come get the children due to an unsafe environment and then the state dropped the case leaving the children with the aunt here in Lake County. The aunt has her own adult son who is disabled that she also cares for. The children are currently sleeping two to a couch at this time. The family is in need of three bunk beds so each child can have their own bed and get adequate rest. This aunt needs your help with 3 twin bunk beds and 6 twin mattresses.

The caregiver is a grandmother caring for her three granddaughters. DCF in Ohio removed the children and placed them in her care her in Lake County. One child (9 years old) is sleeping on a loveseat while the other two girls (4 & 5 years old) are sleeping on a toddler bed in which one of the toddler beds is broken. The grandmother lives in a small house and the three girls share a room, but due to the size of the room, only a trundle bunk bed will fit. The grandmother works full time and the younger two are in daycare and the grandmother is struggling to make ends meet with the cost of daycare and cannot afford beds on her own. She needs your help with a Twin Bunk Bed with Trundle Bed and 3 twin mattresses for the 3 little girls.

A young mother recently endured a difficult pregnancy during which she experienced significant weight loss. Now postpartum and caring for her newborn, she finds herself without properly fitting clothing, as her current wardrobe is several sizes too large. This has created a barrier as she actively works to secure employment and build a stable life for her family.

She is in need of professional and work-appropriate clothing in women’s sizes 5, 6, or 7, and shoes in size 8.5. Access to clothing that fits will allow her to confidently pursue job opportunities, participate in interviews, and enter the workforce prepared.

Aunt has her two nephews placed with her. The baby was sleeping in a bassinette and now that he is turning 4months old, she would like for him to have his own crib to sleep in. The family has just moved into a new home and the aunt would like for the crib to match the furniture that the older brother already has, as the boys will be sharing a room. A teenage mother and her 1-month-old daughter are in need of some assistance for some items for her baby girl. The mother is in need of a safe place for the baby to see, formula, clothing and diapers. The mother does not work and has no support from as he is no longer in the country. The infant currently takes the yellow can Enfamil formula. She is needing size 3-6 moths and 6-9 months clothing and size 2 diapers.

The parents welcomed home their baby boy (1 month) about a month ago. The parents are committed to providing a better life for their child and is needing assistance with getting on their feet to do so. The parents are currently living in a RV on a relatives property and do not have a baby camera to monitor the baby when he is sleeping. The parents can benefit for a baby monitor/ baby camera.

This young couple is in need of a Baby Trend Stroller (they have a baby trend car seat so the stroller being baby trend will help with the car seat fitting in the stroller) and a free standing high chair (NOT one that attaches to a table). They are very appreciative of any help we can give!

The mother and her 3 children are asking for assistance with paying the rent. The rental assistance needed is $1288.94. This amounts payment may be paid through the apartment's app/website. The mother has missed quite a bit of work due to having a 16-year-old child diagnosed with ADHD, Learning Disabilities and suffers from extreme mental health issues to where she is baker acted every other week for trying to hurt herself. The mother reports she will be able to work her full hours once the child is in residential and wouldn't need to leave work early to tend to her outbursts.
