Please Help a bio family become reunited. A mother of 5 children is in trial reunification with her newborn baby. The mother has four other children in custody. The mother is on Social Security so she is not able to work full time. The mother will soon be moved to unsupervised visits. The children will need car seats due to when the children were taken the car seats were not returned to the mother. Also the mother is needed a gas card to provide transportation to and from visits for her children. The children are placed in two different foster homes. One is thirty minutes from the mothers home and the other is one and a half hours from the mothers home.
Two amazing pre teen girls are in the process of being adopted by their paternal aunt, the only thing standing in the way is that she needs to finalize her divorce before the adoption can go through. She has been making payments to start the process but she could use assistance in getting it paid off so that these girls can finally be adopted and know that they really have achieved permanency.
I have a dad who is working towards reunification with his daughter. He could use assistance with food to ensure he is able to feed his daughter during visits. Additionally, I would like to request a family membership to the zoo or the aquarium so that he can visit outside the home.
Please help us strengthen this single mother by assisting her with paying her court fines. This single mother has overcome her addiction to alcohol and is maintaining her sobriety by attending treatment. However, in the midst of her addiction she accrued several fines that resulted in her license being suspended. She is now having trouble getting to and from services as well as having trouble accomplishing daily parental duties as her driver's license has been suspended. Please help this mom cover her court fines so she can get her driver's license.

Mother of three has taken placement of four children who are related to her. These children were removed from their past placement and in need of immediate care. Maintaining this placement would keep the children near family and reduce the trauma of relocation. In order to effectively keep them in her care she is in need of transportation that would accommodate all seven children, two of which are still in car seats and one in need of a booster seat. She currently drives a car that seats five and is unable to coordinate transportation to and from school or even take everyone out for fast food. DHS is hoping to at least be able to assist foster mom with a significant down payment or tax and title for her to purchase a vehicle that would meet their needs. However ideas for assistance of any type would be welcome.
A kinship parent is approved DHS to be foster parent to three children (Twins 3 y/o and a 5 y/o) who does not have a place to go. She can take the sibling group, but does not have appropriate sleeping arrangements. The foster parent asked for help. She needs two toddler beds, and needs everything for it, and a twin sheet and comforter for the 5 y/o. Any help is greatly appreciated to keep this sibling group together and into placement as quickly as possible. This is a RUSH request. Need beds by tomorrow night 01/26/23. Thank you in advance for your help to keep these kids with family and in placement together. This is an adopted kinship home and the children would be adopted by family.
Mother and children are currently living with the children's aunt' however, have been approved to move into a bigger home before mom has a new baby. My client told me she has a past due water bill and the deposit to pay before the water can be turned on in her name. I would like to help alleviate this stressor so the family can move into their new home with more room for 4 kids and a newborn. She is a single mom as the kids father past away. Mom has been doing everything alone.
We have a family who is working a care plan, and needs a pack and play. Mom is doing exceptional, and her next step is to move, and she needs a pack and play to help make that happen.
two siblings who will be placed together are in need of some clothing, this will help to keep siblings in the same home. A six year old and a three year old are in need of some basic items, like socks, underwear, hairbrushes, items to keep hair pulled back like hair ties , headband, winder gloves and hats and a coat for the cold.

Worker has a low income family that is in need of a bunk bed to help house their three girls in the same bedroom. Currently, the child is sleeping on the living room couch, and the family does not have the funds to be able to meet the need. A triple bunk bed would be ideal for the family if at all possible.

Hello there. I have a family who is in need of some assistance paying their water bill. Two weeks ago, one of their children (he is 2 years old with a birthday coming up in April) came down with a very bad case of RSV. He had to be hospitalized for 3 nights. As he began to recover, the rest of the household became ill. As a result, the family has faced some unforeseen financial hardships (caregivers missing work, multiple doctor's visits, paying for medications, etc.). This family would really appreciate any kind of help you may be able to provide at this time. Thank you so much in advance for your time and consideration!

I am working with a foster family who has placement of an 11 month old boy. He is becoming mobile, and the family has been able to obtain some safety devices for the home to help with physical safety. However, the foster family is still lacking a baby gate and has requested assistance in getting one. The space where the baby gate is needed is 90 inches in length, and would greatly help this family. We appreciate any assistance that can be offered.
The family consist of a single mother of an 8 yo boy, 6 yo girl, 2 yo boy and is due to give birth to a baby boy in February. The family is currently participating in services through the agency due to some safety concerns. The mother has dealt with several bouts of being homeless and domestic violence issues in the last few years and is working to overcome these obstacles. The mother is in the process of working towards providing a safer atmosphere for herself and her children. In November, the mother had back surgery due to having herniated discs and continues to suffer aches and pains in her back. As of right now, the family is financially impaired as the mother is not employed, nor is she receiving any monetary assistance from anywhere. With that being said, the mother could really benefit from a queen size bed set (as her current one has springs poking through the top) and a mattress protector (as she is very nauseous). Having a mattress in better shape, would take some stress and pressure off her back and may provide some much-needed rest. Mom is also expecting the arrival of her newborn in February and could benefit from some things as well. She was donated a Baby Brezza formula maker and is need of some parts so she can use it. The parts needed are Replacement water tank ($19.99), Funnel and cover ($12.99) and a Bottle grate and drip tray ($11.99). Other baby necessities such as newborn and size one diapers and wipes would be of enormous help as well. Updated on January 27, 2023 by an Agency Worker Three of the four needs have been met. The family could still use some help with supplies ($50).
A foster mother is taking in an infant and could use help with obtaining a crib, crib mattress, and bedding. She has everything else she will need in order to take care of this one month old baby boy.
