There is an ICPC relative placement for 3 siblings ages 14,11 and 8. There are 2 girls and boy living with their grandmother in St.Joseph MO. This is the only relative placement option for all 3 siblings, and we would like to preserve this placement as everything else is going well. This family is urgently needing support with deep cleaning the house and bed bugs extermination before the walkthrough that will be performed by MO ICPC on May 14,2025. Grandmother has already applied first round of bed bug treatment; however, we would like to make sure that the infestation is removed completely. It would be easier for this family to maintain cleanliness if they receive support with deep cleaning. We would really appreciate all the help this family can receive before May 14.

The mother is needing to complete a drug screen to prevent a child from coming into care.

Single mom with one teenager. The mom had to have emergency surgery. She has full time employment and was up to date on paying her bills, until she had emergency surgery. Because of the surgery her doctor has requested that she does not work for up to 12 weeks. Her employment does not include any benefits or paid time off. She works for a cleaning company which requires her to be physically able to do her job, but the surgery has made it so she can not work for the time being.

She is requesting assistance for help on paying half of Mays rent and potentially all of Junes rent. Her rent is $850 a month, she has already paid for half of the rent of May. She is also requesting assistance to help pay their light bill. The light bill is $238 and was due on May 8th. Any assistance to help pay these bills would be very appreciated by the family!

Three siblings currently residing with their grandmother in St. Joseph are in urgent need of support. The family requires two twin-size mattresses to replace those that were infested with bed bugs, as well as three pillows—one for each child. Providing these items will help preserve the current kinship placement and ensure that the siblings can remain together in a safe and stable environment. The Missouri ICPC has requested additional services for this family, and we want to ensure they are fully prepared for the upcoming DSS visit scheduled for May 14th.

Family is new to the KC area and speaks Hatian Creole. Family speaks limited English and has a limited support system. They have a disconnect notice for their electricity. I have called several agencies about getting assistance and cannot find one that has funds available until next month but I didn't want their electricity to get shut off in the mean time.

Young couple just starting out. Their child was born a week ago and while dad works, they are struggling to make ends meet and purchase needed items. Please consider helping if you are able. Thank you!

Diapers: Newborn Wipes Clothing: Male: XL t-shirts and sweatpants, ankle socks (size 9-11) and high-top tennis shoes, men's size 9/10 (any brand or color)

Female: Medium to Large shirts (would like some dressier items for church, and some casual), she likes "frilly/girly" stuff. Size 4-6 dress pants, capris, (no short shorts please), and leggings. She's breastfeeding so roomy shirts are great.

Baby Girl: (newborn to 0-3 months) sleepers with hand covers, mittens, summer outfits, hats (any type, appreciates crotched items too)

Any kitchen items: pots, pans, towels, bowls, plates, cups, silverware, griddle (family has no stove...yet but coming) and mop.

Breastfeeding mother needs refrigerator with freezer. Baby was born last week, and the family's fridge has stopped keeping milk and other food cold. Family is willing to take any size of fridge as long as it works well and has a freezer.

Children's Division is requesting $200 Walmart gift card to help a relative, who is placement for 4 children to obtain groceries.

This family has already had their water shut off due to non-payment. They are very close, 2 weeks at most, to having their Sewer cancelled as well as Gas and Electricity.
There is a mom, Gpa, Adult brother and 3 school age children all living in the home the mother owns.
Fixed income by G-pa, Brother in/out of work, mom has been unemployed until 2 weeks ago due to health issues. She got a good job w/ the city and is in danger of losing it if she gets a utility shut off by the city. Back to square 1.

There are 3 school age children who can not bathe appropriately, wash their clothes effectively and come to school dirty, smelling, its difficult for them to learn due to other children teasing them, itchy skin, all the things.

Community Action Partnership is already maxing out their funds to help catch up on the utility bills and pay to current. Catholic Charities is helping as well.

This family is in desperate need of $755. 92 to pay the sewer bill to current and $133.18 to pay the water to current to keep and turn all back on. With Mom's income continuing, she feels confident they can catch back up and get back on their feet.

Hello, I am needing bus passes for a family to be able to attend Intensive In-Home Services to keep her child from coming into care. The first meeting is on Monday the 12th of May. I will need 2 tickets per day for the family. I would like to get them enough to last for a couple of weeks, 20 of the passes. Thank you.

The father is struggling to pay for food while sending his teenage son to a sitter during the day. The sitter has a hard time supporting a second child in the home, food wise. The father is requesting some sort of assistance. This worker is requesting a gift card to either Wal-Mart, Aldi's, or Hy-Vee.

Hello, This request is for a family of 2 adults and 4 children that is need of a few supplies to help the children in the home. The parents have taken in two children they are trying to help. They are working on their basement to make bedrooms more adequate for 4 children. They do have bedframes and two mattresses but are in need of a twin-size mattress and a full-size mattress. Also, one of the children they took in didn't have very many clothes. He is in need of size 14 pants, shorts, and shirts. Thank you for your consideration.
