A kinship placement was informed she is going to be evicted from her apartment if she does not come up with rent owed by Tuesday 3/21/23. There are 2 siblings in this placement and 3 bio children and 2 parents. The kinship father was working and got into a car accident and lost his license. He needs his license for work so he was out of work for approx 2 months. He had to file for bankruptcy due to this car accident. He is currently working on getting his license back and anticipates having it back in 1-2 weeks. The family owe $7778, any help would be appreciated

A single mom to a 6 year old, 9 month old, and a third on the way as she is 5 months pregnant, needs support with some items. She is currently looking for employment so finances have been difficult for their family. The mom needs a double stroller as she prepares for the delivery of this baby. They also needs a high chair for the 9 month old. This mom is managing her family on her own without any support from the father. Your support would be greatly appreciated. We prefer new items. If you have any gently used items, please be prepared to email photos for the mother's approval. Thank you!

Parents welcomed their newborn into the world in January. They are getting by with the things they have, but support getting a stroller and bassinet would be incredibly helpful. The mom who is the primary caregiver has a slipped disk in her back, so having a stroller that could accommodate the car seat she has would help her in transportation of her baby and her toddler. They could also use support getting a bassinet for a safe place for the baby to sleep. The father works many hours to the support the family while the mom is currently staying home. We prefer new items. If the items are gently used, please be prepared to email photos of the items for their approval. Attached her links to a double stroller that the mom has said will support the car seat she has as well as helping her with her 3 year old. Thank you for your support!

A youth was placed with a kinship provider due to ongoing concerns of neglect. The family is needing to move homes in order to provide enough space for the youth and other children in the home. By providing this funding, the family will be able to secure a new home in order to meet the needs of the youth and prevent further out of home placement. The asking amount is quite large but whatever you can contribute to this family will be greatly appreciated.

Beth:
Asking a clarifying question before we commit to this need: would a used kitchen table with five chairs be ok (there are several options on Facebook Marketplace) or would the family only prefer a new table and chairs? Thank you!
