Hello I have an adoptive single mom that is needing to get a physical in order to adopt her kinship foster child. Foster mom has her own child also and in order to get the physical completed the doctor's office is requiring her to pay $75 to get the form and physical completed. Foster mom has been trying to get this done for a few months now and is having issues getting it completed. Adoption cannot happen until the physical is completed and this is the only thing needed to get an adoption date. If you can help with this need it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This family is needing a minifridge to store cold food in. They are wanting a refrigerator but they would be grateful getting a mini fridge if possible. This family is close to adoption and is needing help with storing cold foods. We want to make sure this child has food that stays good and ready to eat. We don't want the food to go bad.

A family I am currently working with is in urgent need of support. The maternal aunt has stepped in as an out-of-home safety monitor for her teenage nephew, providing him with a safe and stable environment while the family works through ongoing challenges. Unfortunately, the aunt’s food stamp benefits were recently hacked, leaving her without critical resources to feed her household. She is doing her best to provide for the teen and maintain stability, but with limited income and no access to her food benefits for the rest of the month, she is struggling to meet their basic food needs. Any support in the form of grocery assistance would be deeply appreciated to help them through this difficult time. Thank you for your compassion and support of this family.

A biological father has completed rehab and is living in a sober living facility. He is needing to apply for a social security card and jobs but doesn't have any transportation. A 31-day buss pass would be helpful for this father!

Just reunified family of 3 could really use some financial assistance with rent this month. There have been some unexpected expenses that mom has had to juggle. Rent is $800, but of course any amount offered towards that would be greatly appreciated.

A eight year old boy who is being fostered by his aunt is in need of assistance. The little boy attends an aftercare program after school so his aunt can work. Do to changes in the DHS child care network the after school program does not accept DHS subsidy. The aunt does not have the financial means to take care of this unforeseen bill. The Aunt just found out about this and the bill is due tomorrow. This family is already experiencing financial difficulty with the addition of the young boy to the family. They are not receiving any financial help from DHS yet. So any kind of assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The Demand Project exists to eradicate human trafficking, online enticement, child sexual abuse material, and the commercial sexual exploitation of children. We offer a safe residential campus for teen girls who have experienced these crimes to come live and learn as they heal from this trauma. We are currently in the process of remodeling one of our spaces to create a boutique for the residents to shop at. This boutique will be where they go to get new clothes, shoes, toiletries, bags, jewelry, and more. We have the inventory, the shelving, and the lighting but would really like your help in getting the last few details to make this feel like a true upscale shopping experience for them.
