A sibling set of 5 are headed toward reintegration with their mom but are in need of appropriate car seats for transporting them. Their ages are 9, 6, 5, 4, and 2. They have been in care for 2 years now, and this is an important step in their reintegration into the home.
Please consider helping this family be able to stay together. This aunt stepped up to take on the care of her twin niece and nephews who are two years old, while also being a single mother of two young boys under the age of four. This aunt relies heavily on her closenet for support however they all struggle with very low income. This aunt is in desperate need of household items to work on the clutter and lack of space in her home. The family would also benefit from new toddler mattresses and beds for the twins. The following list of items would help the family gratefully.
* Hangers (toddler and regular)
* Storage drawers/totes/bins
*Fabric drawers
*Twin beds/mattresses
*cleaning supplies
This mother just reunified with her 2 year old boy, but unfortunately was also given less hours at work these past two weeks and is unable to cover the entire portion of her rent. Her rent is due Sunday Oct 1st, and is requesting $130 to help cover the rest that she's unable to pay. Mom has worked extremely hard this entire past year to resolve her substance use and mental health concerns, and is finally in a really stable place/head space. Any help is extremely appreciated!
Childrens division is working with a mom who recently just welcomed a new baby. She is planned to be discharged to today but is needing a car seat to leave the hospital safe with baby. Mom is in need a of an newborn car seat. Thank you in advance.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of a dedicated foster family who has generously opened their home to a teenage boy under their care. In their admirable commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment, the foster family has also taken in all four of the teenager's siblings and has children of their own.
The foster family has a hectic schedule in caring for seven children in total. We have encountered a unique transportation challenge for this teenage boy. He currently attends an alternative school that does not have the means to provide transportation services. As a result, the foster family is responsible for ensuring he can get to and from school daily. Considering the circumstances, we are reaching out to request support in acquiring an electric scooter for the teenage boy. Having access to an electric scooter would greatly ease the burden on the foster family and enable the teenager to attend school consistently and punctually. This, in turn, will significantly contribute to his educational progress and overall well-being.
We understand the importance of ensuring the teenage boy has a reliable means of transportation to continue his education. Your assistance in this matter would make a significant difference in his life and provide vital support to the foster family. We are deeply grateful for your consideration of this request, and we look forward to your response.
Thank you for your continued dedication to the well-being
Suzie:
We have a used electric scooter we are willing to donate. However, we are not sure on its battery range or how far the boy needs to travel. If someone wants to connect with us so that he could test it and see if it will work, please let us know. Thanks! Suzie
An adoptive resource is trying to help provide a child in foster care braces that the child needs. Braces are not covered under insurance and what the child needs is estimated at $6,000. Any financial assistance would be greatly appreciated to help the family.

This family could use 2 twin beds. In this family there are 6 children: 3 boys ages 16, 14, 12, and 3 girls ages 17, 12, and 11. The family came to our attention again when the eldest boy was admitted to psych. The mother would not allow Children's Division in the home and brought the children to the office for Children's Division to assure safety. Children's Division noticed in the history that none of the previous workers have been in the home. The family has mental health services, and that case worker has also never been in the home. After the eldest boy disclosed some concerns of the household conditions, Children's Division pressed the mother as to why she did not want Children's Division in the home and she said, "I know what will happen". When the family lived in CA the children were placed into state's custody and the mother was afraid that the same thing would happen in MO. Children's Division was able to get the mother to allow us in the home and it was determined that the children are living in unsanitary conditions. Since Children's Division initial contact with the family, they have started to clean the home, but they are in need of disposing mattresses. The eldest boy has his own room but the other 5 are sharing a small bedroom and sleeping on mattresses on the floor. The family had bed frames but is in need of mattresses (2 twin mattresses).
Hello there, we just placed a fifteen-year-old child with her great grandmother. The great grandmother is on a fixed income and is in need of a twin mattress and box spring for the child that we placed with her today. The great grandmother is also caring for another grandchild that she has adopted.
The grandmother has had the child that we placed with her today since she was a baby. We are hoping that someone could possibly donate this item and deliver it to her home. She lives on the 5th floor at an apartment building, and it would be difficult for her financially as well as physically to get. Thank you so much for your consideration.
Youth graduated from high school in May 2023 and is enrolled to begin cosmology school in Spring 2024. Her dream is to do makeup on movie sets and she is needing a barber/ Make up station
We are asking for help with rent to stabilize a family to prevent two children from coming into care. Mom works a full time job and is helping her two older children who are in college. Mom also has two younger children that are in the home that she provides care to. Last month, DCF redirected the SSID payments for the teenager that was taken into care. This caused mom to have to work overtime to try to make sure she was able to make rent. However, she has voiced that despite taking the max amount of shifts and working another part time job, she is unable to make her rent for this month and will become homeless with the two other children. Mom does have a plan moving forward but is struggling to make up for the last minute loss of the SSID payments. We are asking for any help we can to either fully cover, or go towards so we can make sure we prevent mom and the two younger children going homeless.
Hello, I have a child who is developmentally behind and in a residential setting where she does not get many new items. Myself, the case manager and the staff at the residential program were exploring ways to motivate her to meet her treatment goals, as well as reward her. She has recently been asking every adult she is around if they have any Monster High or Rainbow High Dolls that she can take back to the facility. We are thinking if we can get her one or two of these dolls, it could help her overall progress in the program.
