A single mom, of a beautiful little 4 year old girl is in need of help. She was in our program, after being homeless for a year, living in her car and after a year at SFTSM, she graduated October, 2024. Apartment rent is high, at $1,800 and her FoodShare and medical has been denied, stating that she makes too much money, even though her paychecks barely cover her rent. She worked on earning her GED while at SFTSM, but was a math test short before she moved out...she didn't forget her goal and as of last week is a GED holder! She did it! At 26 years old, while holding down a full-time job and raising a beautiful and smart little mini-her. Her biggest win, was while at SFTSM, she found Jesus and accepted Him into her life, being baptized! She only needs a little help. She's behind on rent, because of food costs, so help with food. She recently asked for a desk, so she could study not only her Bible, but for the ASVAB, as it's her lifelong goal to enter the military, we supplied her the desk, but she's in need of a computer chair and then some help with gas. A single mom of 2 boys (ages 1 & 3); has been in the USA on a VISA for 7+ years. Came to SFTSM after living in her car for 6 months with her boys. We renewed her VISA back in December, but waiting for the renewal yet. She has gone to school for nursing as well as construction. She's having a REALLY hard time finding consistent work without her VISA and is on the verge of losing her car. We've helped her with a couple of months already, but without consistent work, she's behind again. She has been interviewing left and right for jobs and she is on the verge of working now, but it's just not in time to make July's car payment. She can't lose her vehicle, not only for the 2 little boys to get to daycare, appointments, but now with starting work soon, she needs it more than ever. This vehicle will continue to set her up for success and needs it to better her future; without reliable transportation, she would only be going backwards. We're working on securing funds for August and potentially September's car payments as well, so that even though she should be working by then, she has other debts to pay off and a couple of months of a car payment would just set her up nicely; we've applied for (2) different grants through other organizations. Gas cards to Kwik Trip would also be greatly appreciated.

Caregiver recently moved and is in the process of getting RFA approved. The two children currently reside with caregiver. The younger child is in need of a bed. The older child is in need of a desk and chair in preparation of the upcoming school year.

A devoted mother is currently caring for her two teenage sons (ages 15 and 16) and her disabled mother. Recently, her only vehicle broke down, and while she was able to cover the costly car repairs and pay her rent, she is now short on funds to pay her water bill. This hardworking mom is doing all she can to keep her household stable and her family cared for, but she needs a helping hand. We are asking for support to help her cover the balance of her water bill so she and her family can maintain access to clean water during this difficult time. There is an individual within the church that coaches underprivileged children that is in need of athletic gear / shoes / cleats for a few of the children in order for them to remain active in sports this summer and throughout the upcoming school year.. mainly he is in need of basketball shoes any sizes and size 12.5 men's cleats and tennis/ basketball shoes. If u have any kids or adult shoes for males new or used in good condition that u would like to donate please please reach out these kids are desperately needing these to continue with the well-being of their athletic abilities not to mention being active in sports helps with the mental well being of our children in today's society

A hard working 19-year-old Non-Minor Dependent (NMD) has been employed at the same restaurant for over a year. However, in the last several months, they consistently cut his hours, causing a financial strain. Since then, he has been proactive in his job search to secure a position with more hours, applying at security firms and markets near his house. He attended a job fair recently and completed several applications. His goal is to attend trade school for plumbing. He is studying to get his driver’s license, which he was told he needs to attend the trade school. He has received a debt collection notice after being unaware of an outstanding medical bill from an incident in May 2024, where he went to an urgent care and emergency room while on an out of state trip. After receiving the notice, he called to see if his insurance would cover the expenses but was told that it would not be covered as it was not a life-threatening emergency for which he sought care. This is a responsible young man, and he is very anxious about this debt of $704.99. He is worried it will affect his credit, and his future plans. He cannot afford to pay the bill.

Grace Bible has been connected with a family currently in the adoption process who is in need of assistance. The caregiver has taken placement of his brother’s two children, and the family is moving towards adoption. They have requested assistance with a portion of their electric bill this month. The family has paid a portion of the bill, but has requested assistance with covering the remaining portion.

A single mom has secured housing mid July. She has 3 young children. She currently is employed and is attending a Bible study regularly. She has mentors set up to walk with her moving forward. She has saved and is 400 short on initial move in expenses.

A Karen family that has been recently able to move into a house now has the fun of doing the yard work. They really could use a lawn mower to help them. if you have a new or a used one that runs well, please consider donating it to them.

Two youths who aged out are in need of storage space as they're in temporary housing with an old foster parent, a queen bed, and an air conditioner.
