An upper elementary age girl has been placed with a kinship home and could benefit from having a room that she can call her own. She has been in foster care the majority of her life and has landed at a wonderful home with a family friend. She could benefit from having a room that reflects her and makes her feel special. She would really like a loft bed with a desk underneath. (She is a bit delayed in school so having a place to catch up on school work with the help of foster parents would bring her confidence as well as a calm place to study) and shelving in her room for her belongings would also bring agency to her. Cubby shelves that you can pull the buckets out would be ideal. She is a pre-teen sweetheart who loves to color and draw so having a space she can call 'her own' would boost her confidence tremendously. If you are able to purchase these items, please respond and thank you!

8 month old male was born premature at 25 weeks and is currently receiving WIC. WIC is now providing cereal and baby food and has decreased the amount of Similac Neosure for Babies Born Prematurely formula that the previously gave per month. Because the baby is a preemie, he is not quite ready for cereal and baby food but WIC will not give more formula, even with a note from the pediatrician. Foster mom is paying out of pocket for formula and this is creating a financial burden, as foster mom often has to miss work to take the baby to medical appointments and surgical procedures and having to pay for formula adds to the financial stress. We are asking for assistance with purchasing Similac Neosure for Babies Born Prematurely formula so that the baby has enough formula until he is able to start cereal and baby food.
Single foster mother of three sisters is in need of help paying for summer camp for the children. The sisters and foster mother are appreciative of any help to pay this balance. The sisters are looking forward to a great summer at camp once this need is met.
There are two sweet and energetic little girls (ages 8, 9) currently in an adoptive placement with their maternal cousin (adoptive mom). This adoptive mom has made an enormous sacrifice for her cousin by taking in her children. These precious girls have already been through more trauma than a child should face. Adoptive mom has been working tirelessly making sure the girls have the proper care and therapy they need to work through their trauma. The girls have told the worker on several occasion they would like to have fun and attend summer camp. If you are able to help this family with all or part of this fee, it would be an enormous help in alleviating some of the financial stress foster mom is currently under. Thank you for your help! We appreciate you!
A foster home is in need of assistance paying a $75 enrollment fee for daycare for two young foster children. There is one working resource parent in the home that has three adults and three foster children. Income is limited per month.
There are three energetic girls 5, 8, and 9 currently in an adoptive placement with their Aunt. The girls have been asking the worker constantly to find day camps they can attend because they do not want to attend everyday once school is out. Foster mom and the girls have found several different camps; however scholarships and discounts there is still a balance preventing these precious girls from attend camps. Which will cause them to miss out on adventure, laughs, and making new friends. If you are able to help this family with all or part of this fee, it would be an enormous help in alleviating some of the financial stress foster mom is currently under. Thank you for your help! We appreciate you!
The family needs assistance with an enrollment fee of $250 dollars to be able secure a place in a preschool for the 5 year old female child. The school district does not allow the Pre-K class to ride the bus to and from school. Both parents in the home work full time and would be unable to pick the child up from school everyday. To help maintain the placement funds are needed to help pay the enrollment fee to secure the place in the preschool. The family has already been off work due to not knowing this information at the time of the placement last week regarding the school not allowing Pre-K to ride the bus.

This is a request for assistance in efforts of keeping a bio family together. Natural on has fallen on hard times and struggles with depression. With our efforts we hope to bring this mom some stress relief and feeling of support. The child's father is deceased and death benefits are family's only income. Bio mom in need of gas card in order to attend Family Time with two children in Marlow, Ok. She will be driving down early on MARCH 25. Mom is in the process of reunification with her children and only gets to visit them twice/month. Any help is greatly appreciated!
I have a bio mom who is currently in trial reunification with one of her kids. She has 2 more kids that she is working on getting home also. She is in need of assistance with her high electric bill. The total amount due on 3/21/23 is $563.27. This mother has been making progress towards reunification with her kids and meeting this need would help her tremendously.
Single mother of 3, ages 8 through 13, who is successfully working toward reunification is currently struggling to make ends meet. Mother is interviewing with multiple employers but is seeking an overnight position to be available for her children during the day. Due to the children’s special needs there are occasions they must be picked up early from school due to disruptive behaviors. The electric bill is currently past due with a balance of $268. If her electric gets cut off an additional fee will be charged to reconnect, making it harder for her to become financially stable. The homes primary source of cooling and heating are electrically powered and this would create a challenge to maintain hygiene and prepare meals.
Sibling group of 5, ages 2-12 are celebrating the birthday of the youngest child. The children are currently placed in three separate homes. To allow the children an opportunity to create positive memories with one another a request in the amount of $132 is being made for incredible pizza or another child/family friendly establishment in the Tulsa Area
I have a family who was recently experiencing homelessness due to domestic violence. They rushed into a housing situation to get out of homelessness and it was not a healthy environment. This family has a child who is recovering from brain cancer, due to the sensitive nature of his health he can’t be exposed to unhealthy living. The landlord was not willing to fix the issue and they are being forced to find another home, they will have to be out of the current house by the 21st of March. The family has found another home to move into and has paid the deposit. The family has income coming in but it only stretches to cover the current bills. Mom has not been able to work due to her son cancer but now that he is on the mend she is looking to get back to work soon. The family was able to come up with most of the rent they are needing. However they are a little short and are needing help with the final amount. This family has worked really hard to overcome all the obstacle put in their way. By getting this help it will allow this family to finally be back on track to be independent and it will get then into healthy living environment.
A young mother with three children ages ranging between 2-5. Mother is involved in a relationship where domestic violence is present and molestation has occurred to her small daughter. Mother is needing to relocate to Missouri due to having no resources or family near by. Mother is staying with a friend at the moment and is needing new tires and gas money to get to Missouri where she has support to avoid the children potentially coming into custody.
We have a single mother trying to raise three kids. One of which has severe violent behavior issues. The mother had to quit her job due to her kid's behavior. She has not been able to work in the last two months. Therefore, the mother has fallen behind on her mortgage payments and is needing help with paying her mortgage. Please consider helping this parent get back on her feet, any amount of assistance would be greatly appreciated.
This mom and child are in trial reunification and dependent on the bus. She has multiple services throughout town that she is required to get to, in addition to getting food for her family. A bus pass would be helpful for her to be able to do to this and take one more thing off her shoulders to worry about.
This is for a relative kinship home. The family has two boys and they are in need of both pull ups and diapers. They need pampers size 5 and 7 and pull ups size 4/5T . Price estimate is based on Walmart prices for approximately $40 per package. The boys have very sensitive skin and Pampers is the one the doctor recommends and the only brand that does not appear to make their eczema worse. This family is in a kinship home and moving steadily towards reunification. Any assistance we can provide for them is appreciated. Wipes were not requested but would be appreciated.
The foster family took in a teenage sibling to the child they are fostering, to keep siblings together. The home is small & they are in need of a small or slim dresser for the teen. The dresser does not need to be new.
