The parent is currently struggling to provide diapers and formula and is in need of help. This will allow for proper care of the child.
The caregiver is in the process of having her home licensed. She is a single woman who assumed care of the child, who is also her cousin and 5-years-old, after his mother had mental breakdown. Mother's current whereabouts are unknown, and she has been in and out of mental institutions. Caregiver has had child since birth and is requesting financial assistance to pay her utilities so she can have her home licensed and receive ongoing financial support for the child.

Grandmother reached out to the campus recently with concerns for her granddaughter wellbeing. Grandmother has taken over guardianship, but this has caused a major strain to the finances. Grandmother states she is behind on rent and currently has no food, with light and water bill pending. Grandmother is very concerned student will stop attending school as she is also trying to work with her regarding the abrupt departure of her biological mother, she feels bad to have to ask, but does not see any other options to keep a roof over their heads and some hot food on the table, Grandmother is also asking for prayer as this has been a very difficult month and its holiday time, thank you for your support.
A couple took in their infant niece a few months ago. Their niece is growing fast and she is too big for her bassinette now and is in need of a crib. The caregivers are also in need of help purchasing the crib mattress and sheets. The caregivers are on one income at this time and are in the need financially of assistance with this need for their niece.
It is a family of 7 with 5 children (11 years old girl, 10 years old boy, 9 years old girl, and 7-year-old twins, a boy and a girl). All of the children are in needs of beds. The family recently moved apartments and had to throw away all of the furniture away due to a roach infestation. The family did not want to move the insects from one home to the other and they thought the best course of action would be to throw everything away and start over. Anything would be helpful to the family and help ease the burden.
A kinship caregiver home is requesting assistance with paying for daycare for 1 week of the month of December. The child is going to be moving out of the country with family and the case will be closing as permanency is about to be achieved. However, the caregivers are requesting help to pay for the 1 week of daycare at the daycare that the child has been going to for the past 10 months and that he loves. The child is an adorable 11 month old little boy. The caregivers finances are tight at this time and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Single mother of four children is in need of appropriate sleeping arrangements for her 1-year-old (male), 5-year-old (female), 6-year-old (male), and 6-year-old (female) children. This is important to ensure a high level of safety for the children while they are sleeping, this would allow for every reasonable precaution to be taken to protect the children from harm and hazard. It is also important for children to have a healthy sleep for their growth and immunity.
Grandmother is caring for 1 y/o (F), 2 y/o (M), and 9 y/o (F). The 1 y/o is needing a crib, and the 2 y/o is needing a toddler bed for appropriate sleeping arrangements. This would allow for the children to have safe sleeping arrangements. The children are also needing appropriate car seat safety, as they currently do not have any. This will reduce the risk of serious injury and death in the event of a car accident.
A single caregiver was just licensed to adopt her 3 year old niece. This little girl will be 4 years old in January. Her niece recently had a huge growth spurt and does not have fall and winter clothes that fit her. The little girl is need of size 6-7 clothing that is appropriate for fall and winter.
An aunt and uncle took in their triplet nieces and nephew to their home upon their release from the hospital after their birth. The babies are now 7 months old and are in the process of transitioning to their cribs. The caregivers are requesting assistance with crib mattresses and crib sheets for the babies. The family has had a lot of expenses in caring for the babies and are requesting help with the cost of crib mattresses and sheets. The donation of crib mattresses will allow the caregivers to continue to meet the other needs of the babies. The caregivers are in the process of getting licensed with their hopes of adopting the babies.
This 6-person family does the best they can on under $50,000 annual income. They are working on moving out of their current apartment which is in bad condition. During a storm, there was a bad leak which caused water damage in one of the bedrooms which destroyed the beds in the room. They had to throw the beds out and are currently sharing 2 mattresses for all members of the family. They do not want to replace the beds until they move but would like help with some air mattresses to improve the quality of life for their children until they move and can save money for beds.
This family has been working very hard to move into a nicer area for their children to have a safer environment and better quality of life, but they had very little time to move once they were approved for a new apartment and they ran out of time and had to leave some beds behind. Currently they have one mattress/box spring for the two boys to share, while mom and the two girls are sleeping on the floor. They planned to buy beds but then would have no money for Christmas. This is a very close, loving family, and their parents work a very strict schedule that allows them very little flexibility. They always make time for their family and provide what the children need even though they are strapped for time and money. I would love to provide help with beds for this family so they can have a nice holiday together.
A mother and her three children (5 YO, 9 YO, 16 YO) are currently staying with paternal aunt. They are currently sleeping on one air mattress between the four of them. The family is in need of a bunk bed and mattress' so that the children can sleep in their own beds and have more room for comfort.
Single Mother of 3 children. The children's father is deceased and so Mother is on her own. Mother is a great advocate for her children. She is working full time to provide what her children need but needs a bit of help. Family is needing living room furniture as there is only fold up lawn chairs in the home.

The mother had to relocate due to domestic violence, they are staying in a Airbnb. She was approved for an apartment and looking for help to play her deposite
The mother has several children with behavior issues, and she is looking for support to help her son, get him active in hopes to address his behavior.
The family has a history with the Department, the home is not clean and appropriate for the young children in the home. The home needs a deep clean.
The brother is sexually acting out, being inappropriate towards his siblings, the mother works from home, the child broke her cameras, and she needs assistance replacing the cameras so she can monitor the children to prevent abuse in the home.
I have a family who is the victim of domestic violence, a mother and her 4 daughters. Mother suffered domestic violence at the hands of her husband. She alerted law enforcement and tried to leave the home. During the violence that occurred in the home, the furniture got destroyed. The husband left the home and mom is left in the home with her daughters having to look at the aftermath of the abuse daily. The furniture is completely broken and torn. I have not been able to sit down during my visit. Mom has been looking for employment since she lost her job so she has not had money to purchase furniture. She is barley getting by but would like the children to feel good in their home, which is hard to do when the furniture is torn and is a reminder of what occurred. Helping this family furnish their home would result in the children feeling better about the situation and work on moving on without a constant reminder of what happened. This will also be a relief for mom as it will be one less thing she has to worry about while she is working on putting her life back together.
