A 16-year-old female and her grandmother who adopted her are in need of Door alarms for the youth's room to alert grandmother when she is leaving her room. The youth has developmental needs and tries to leave the house at night when others are sleeping. This puts her welfare at a high risk. This will allow grandmother to know when the youth leaves the room at night so she can monitor the youth and keep her from leaving the home. There is a set of 4 door alarms on Wal-Mart's website. This would provide door alarms for multiple doors for the other children as well.

Hello Everyone! Happy Monday! We are working on Home Safety with a young family enrolled in SafeCare with a 3-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl at home. The boy was recently diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum and is very curious about getting into kitchen cupboards. We will be installing cabinet locks, but would also like to provide an extra-wide gate as an extra security measure to remove access to the kitchen area for both children. The opening is 45” wide, so we are looking for a walk-thru gate like the one posted in the link below. Thank you for your consideration and assistance to keep this young family safe!
