Mother fled a violent relationship where her partner was abusing her and the children, she found housing in January and now must move again due to ex partner finding her and the children/ she has had to file a order of protection... she is in need of help with paying the first months rent for new place (she has the deposit)

Mom's Wraparound Coordinator reached out to me to share mom has fallen behind on her rent and has spent the last few weeks reaching out to every resource available for help. Mom is raising her child alone and has been working with community organizations throughout the year successfully to keep her kiddo on track which has made significant impact and gains in school, but has financially gotten behind. Helping her with her rent would allow her to continue to staying on track to ensure her child is able to continue his much needed services, and housing security.

I am working with a kinship caregiver (grandmother) who is working on getting her license to be an in-home child care provider not only for the two grandbabies she is working on getting full legal custody of, but also to serve families in the community by providing quality childcare. To help her provide quality care for her grandchildren, she is looking for a wagon to carry them in when she is out and about.

Single mother located in Richmond Indiana with one child is in need of a bed for herself and the child. Mother has limited income as she has been seeking employment but is unsuccessful. Child is only 2 years old and can use a toddler bed or a twin bed.

A single father of two little boys (4&5), located in Richmond, is on his way to getting the children back in his care. He must first do a trial home visit. Father just recently got his own apartment and is in need of beds/bedding for the children and dressers for a way to store the children's clothing. Two twin beds or bunk bed and dressers would meet his needs.

A mother, who is on a fixed income, has been prioritizing her available finances to ensure her 14 year old son is getting the mental health assistance he needs. This has included multiple long distance drives, which has required her to spend her income on fuel. The mother has been trying to obtain twin mattresses for her 8 year old and 14 year old sons. These children would drastically benefit from having mattresses of their own. Obtaining these would also help alleviate stress on the mother. The family currently has bed frames and these frames do not require box springs.

I have an upper elementary student who is struggling academically and in need of summer tutoring, but the family cannot afford to pay for it. This cost would cover tutoring sessions twice a week for 12 weeks at our school.

The family we are involved with has 2 sons, one is an infant in the home with some physical disabilities. The family just moved into a new home and they are in need of a lock box/small safe for the home to ensure the children in the home stay safe. The infant in the home is in need of a new formula. The formula has just been changed due him struggling with his old formula, however the parents have not received the new prescription and have not been able to get cans of this formula. As on 5/21 they did have one can that was already opened. I would like to get the family 4 cans so they can have a little extra until WIC can get them started on the new prescription.

The agency is working with the family to keep the children in the home and not bring them into foster care. The girls have their own rooms but sleeping on the floor due to their air mattresses deflating. It would be helpful and appreciated if they could get assistance with twin beds for the girls so they have a safe sleeping space.

A mother of three children in need of assistance with utilities with Electric and Gas. The mother states that the lease is in her name, however, the utilities are not. Unfortunately, the utilities are in the name of a person who recently moved out of the home. Utilities will be shut off the beginning of June. Mother reported that she just recently started her job this week. Any assistance that you may be able to give this family would be greatly appreciated.

Resending - Mom just moved into her own place. She is trying to maintain the bills & other necessities of the house. Any gently used items would be much appreciated. She only has 1 chair in the home.

Summer clothing needed for four teenage boys who have very little. Boys were reunited with their mother in the past 6 months and although she works full time she is struggling to keep up with their growing sizes! Gently used is welcome also. Boys are 15, 12, 10 and 9 years of age. Mom could also use help getting cleaning supplies to keep the apartment in good order as they are pretty crowded there!
