I am working with a grandmother who has legal custody of her grandson who is 11 years old. The grandmother works full time and can generally meet the family's basic needs. However, she had an unexpected expense pop up which caused her to get behind on her rent. The grandmother needs help getting back on her feet. I am working with a set of grandparents who have legal custody of their grandson who is 8 years old. They need financial assistance for summer day camp. The grandfather and grandmother both works outside of the home and can generally meet the family's basic needs. However, they need someone to watch their grandson while he is out of school this summer. The grandson goes to a private school and the school is offering summer day camp. The grandparents want the grandson to participate at this particular day camp to keep the consistency since he already knows the staff and other children. The grandson has been diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum and change is hard for him. The grandparents looked into other financial resources, but they were denied because they were slightly over-income. A mother of four children ages 6, 4, 1 and 1 day is taking 6 weeks maternity leave. She was told in the beginning of May that her employer would not be paying for maternity leave. If she had known ahead of time she would have put money aside to help during this time. This mother is asking for help with her car payment. Everything else she can manage but the car payment is a struggle with no income for 6 weeks. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

There are four children in the home and two other children that do not reside in the home between dad and stepmom, but visits. They are very cordial and willing to work with us. The family is linked with community resources. The children are your typical children- they enjoy games, being outdoors, hanging out with friends. They are working on reunifying with the father's 16 year old daughter. Parents do what they can to provide and meet all of the needs of the children. They are consistently ensuring they are attending all of their counseling appointments, groups, etc. They work around the kids’ appointments so money is often tight especially with multiple kids in the home.

The family is in need of a twin bunk bed and one twin mattress.

Hello! We have a wonderful child in our care awaiting adoption that has multiple medical diagnoses that have existed since birth resulting in her being unable to stand, walk, or use limbs independently. She is non-verbal and has significant developmental delays, but does very much enjoy cartoons and music. She is currently placed in a long term care facility while awaiting adoption and recently her television has quit working resulting in her not having her daily entertainment after school that she so looks forward to. The facility has communicated that a 36"-42" Roku Television would be ideal and fully rotational wall mount so that she can watch from bed or her wheelchair. They requested Roku because they have extra remotes in the event that hers might be misplaced.

Each child faces unique challenges, including fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD), autism, ADHD, and anxiety. Daily struggles with elopement and meltdowns make their safety a constant concern. Every day requires vigilance and love as they work to create a nurturing environment where their children can thrive. 2 of the children struggle with elopement, putting them at risk of wandering from home. Their meltdowns, which can happen daily due to sensory overload or anxiety, sometimes result in aggression, necessitating constant supervision to ensure their safety and the safety of others. The family is in need of a secure fence which would allow the children to safely enjoy outdoor play while granting them the space to decompress on challenging days. It would serve as a deterrent to elopement and offer peace of mind. By ensuring that their playtime is separate from neighborhood children on days when they feel overwhelmed, this fence can also protect those around them. A brave 22-year-old caregiver has stepped up to care for her 17-year-old sister through a kinship placement. Despite her young age, she has taken on this responsibility with love and determination. Recently, she suffered a broken wrist, making it impossible for her to work. She and her sister are currently staying with another sister and her sister’s fiancé while she searches for a stable place to call home.

She is doing everything she can to support her little sister, including applying for SNAP benefits and Medicaid, and is now waiting to hear back on the status of those applications. In the meantime, she has been relying on food pantries, but those resources are limited and don’t always meet their needs.

She is seeking help with groceries so she can provide healthy, nourishing meals for her sister and herself. She is also in the process of applying for unemployment and actively searching for housing to give her sister a sense of stability and home.

This young woman and her sister have already faced so much at such young ages, yet they continue to move forward with strength and hope. Any support with groceries or gift cards would mean the world to them. The family is incredibly grateful for any kindness shown during this difficult time.
