I have a kinship family who is in need of Graco extend2fit convertible car seat. This kiddo is in need of a car seat that has extra support and can grow with him, with that support. I am asking for either a gift card for Target so the family can go and pick up the car seat or the car seat being purchased. This kinship home lives about an hour from Tulsa. This kiddo is growing out of his infant car seat and need the extra support this car seat will provide for him as he grows and now. Thank you.
I have a family in need of a twin mattress. We were able to get a bunk bed and one mattress but are in need of another twin mattress with a waterproof cover so these kiddos can have their own bed. This is a kinship home that is not a paid placement yet. The children are 9 and 7 and have been sharing a bed. Please help this foster home with a twin mattress so the kids can have their own bed and not share a bed anymore. Thank you.
Natural Father currently needs a bus pass to assist him with transportation to obtain services as well as to regularly attend visits with his child. This case has recently opened and the child is new to custody. The father is trying to figure out how to get to services and how to see his child. He truly loves his daughter and cannot wait to see her. He will have many services to get to as well as weekly visits with his daughter and needs a bus pass in order to be both successful and consistent.
The mother is homeless and sometimes lives out of her car. Mother sees her children every other week unsupervised and needs assistance with gas money to see the children due to her having to drive a long distance. We are requesting $100 dollars for gas for one month's visit. A $100 could be broken down to two $50 dollar parts or four $25 parts.
I have a 8th grade student that is not eligible for insurance or soonercare who is needing to see a doctor and the fee 100.00 and parents are unable to afford this cost as dad has recently lost his job and is searching for work. This kiddo is currently suffering from some medical conditions and seeing a doctor will improve her health so she can be successful in school.
An aunt and uncle have recently taken kinship placement of three of their nieces, ages 11, 8, and 6. This family needs assistance with their current utilities. Their East Central Electric Cooperative electric bill is due on 9/22/2022 and totals $224.00 Their City of Muskogee water/sewer bill is due on 9/28/2022 and totals $81.83. I have account numbers to provide, once assistance for these needs is offered. Fulfilling these needs would help preserve this kinship placement as they adjust their home and finances to the sudden addition of these three children. Thank you for any and all assistance!
I am currently working with a father that has been working very hard to regain custody of his infant daughter along with her mother. He does have older children, however those children are not in his custody either, and he has expressed that he hope to do things differently with his new baby than he did with his older child. This father has been engaging in other classes and services that have been required of him to complete as well as continue to work. while this father has been working very hard right now he does need some support financially to help him pay for his domestic violence assessment and some of the classes. He does not deny that he needs to get help learning how to deal with his frustration and he is looking forward to getting additional help with that through safenet services. taking this assessment as well as the classes will ensure that his daughter and her mother will be in a safe and stable home environment. The assessment for Safenet services is $125.00. We appreciate any assistance that you can offer in helping this father pay for his assessment.

I have a natural mother who is in need of assistance for gas to attend her court ordered services. The natural mother is currently expecting her second child. She reports having asthma has been having some medical issues recently. The natural mother does not have her own vehicle, but her partner does and both are currently on fixed incomes.
Client in need includes natural mother and her two year old son. Natural mother is engaged in family time with her son and is dedicated to reunifying with him. However she does struggle with poverty and lack of transportation. She would love to attend her necessary treatment services but struggles finding a way to get there. Helping this mother with transportation via uber assistance would go a long way in ensuring she attends treatment which would assist her in reunifying with her son. Her and her son have a strong, loving bond so reunification for this case is key and lack of transportation right now is a major barrier.
Two foster children are entering new placement and are in need of a bunk bed, 2 mattresses, and bedding. The two teenage girls have moved around from home to home, and unfortunately do not have any sheets, blankets, pillows, or other bedding for themselves. The girls will be sharing a room with each other and would benefit from having a bunk bed (and mattresses) in order to save space.
A new foster parent, older in age, took placement of two teens who are infested with head lice. She is overwhelmed with all the washing and cleaning of the home. One child who has very thick hair has to have it professionally treated at the lice clinic, as well as have a haircut. This is a major expense, along with all the continuing of washing. They will receive a discount for having Soonercare.
Please help us strengthen this family. Grandmother has taken in three of her grandchildren. Grandmother is now taking on the responsibilities of getting the children to and from school, counseling, as well as other daily tasks required for the children to be in her home. She is currently two months behind on her car payment and in need of assistance to bring it current before her car is repossessed. Please bless this family!
We have a teen girl in care who really needs some help with clothing, shoes, and a dresser. She has struggled with placement stability in the past and has done really well since being with this family so we want to help her make it feel more like home. Girls can be picky so a Ross or Wal-Mart gift card would be best for her clothes and shoes, but anything is appreciated! She has a smaller room so a small to medium dresser is ideal for her, but again anything will be appreciated.
Boy age 6 in need of a weighted/autism sensory compression vest and weighted blanket (8-10lbs). Child appears to (attempt) self soothing, similar to children with autism. Child appears to get overwhelmed/overstimulated at school and a weighted calming vest may help alleviate this concern. Kinship foster parents are attempting "least restrictive" methods and/or other alternatives to sedative medications.
An adult sister has placement of her teenage sister and her biological 3-year-old daughter. Foster care payments have not started yet and the teen is eating a lot more and adding to the grocery and electric bills. Her current electric bill is $281.
