Please help a mother who works fulltime and cares for her child who has a chronic illness. The mother recently had to miss several days of work due to being in the hospital with her child, as a result the mother has fallen behind on her bills. The family's electric was turned off on 5-16. We would like to help assist the family with getting their power back on. Anything helps! Thank you.

A 15 yr old boy was placed in a kinship placement of a single foster parent. The foster placement is brand new and has not completed all the training. The foster placement is not receiving the stipend to care for the child. This particular child has had some behavior problems in the past when he was adopted which resulted in him entering back into care. The single female foster parent has reached out in need of assistance for two things. The child has made a lot of new friends in foster parents church and wants to go with the Youth Group to church camp but needs assistance with the funds to attend camp. Foster parent would have been able to make payments but the boys was not placed with her less than a month ago and the deadline for church camp fees is this coming Sunday. She is hoping the Youth Group will hold his place until the fee is paid. Also the foster parent is in need of a dresser to store the child's clothing. Foster parent has been searching but is unable to find anything suitable and affordable.

We have a female teen who is in need of clothing items in placement. She has worked extremely hard to graduate school early and help out her foster parents. This teen wears a size Large in both shirt and pant. We are asking for age appropriate clothing, as she is closer to being an adult and has grown out of previous clothing items. Meeting this need would help preserve the financial strain on the placement provider.

New kinship placement of three siblings is requesting help with paying the upfront costs of day summer camp that subsidy does not cover. The family is not approved and does not qualify for any start up stipends. Foster parents work full time with three biological children in the home as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.

A biological father who is experiencing hardship after a return for prison and his children are in DHS custody. He is working from the ground up to rebuild his life to provide a better future for his children with the hopes they can reunify. This father has no transportation and has been walking every day to his current job. A bicycle would be helpful to get him around and make is easier for him to get to other places for the things he needs. He is interested in finding better employment and could use some socks, pants, and shirts to do so.

I have a 4-month-old infant who is placed with a relative and the child is medically fragile. Aunt has placement and she is needing some disposable neonatal-adult Sp02 sensors for the child. The doctor is only giving her 4 a month and aunt is saying they lose their stickiness, and she is having to use more than they are given. Any amount would greatly help! It is unknown how long the child will have to utilize this monitor.

I am asking for a donation for a 17 year old girl to attend Church Camp. After eight years of being in the foster care system, her mother was able to make lifestyle changes and turned to Christ. This girl is finally back in her mother's home, and turns to Christ for everything. She is having difficulties making friends, but finds solace with her church friends. The cost for the Church Camp is $275. Thank you!!

I have two parents to a 2 year old and a 5 year old that needs bus passes to help them go to services to get their children back. They are committed to getting their kids back but need some help from you.

A 6 year old boy and 9 year old girl were placed with family abruptly and unable to bring any belongings. We were able to get a couple outfits for them but they are needing clothes, pajamas, underwear and shoes as they only had the clothes they were wearing.

A family I am currently working with is in urgent need of support. The maternal aunt has stepped in as an out-of-home safety monitor for her teenage nephew, providing him with a safe and stable environment while the family works through ongoing challenges. Unfortunately, the aunt’s food stamp benefits were recently hacked, leaving her without critical resources to feed her household. She is doing her best to provide for the teen and maintain stability, but with limited income and no access to her food benefits for the rest of the month, she is struggling to meet their basic food needs. Any support in the form of grocery assistance would be deeply appreciated to help them through this difficult time. Thank you for your compassion and support of this family.

Foster family is in need of a baby monitor for a new foster baby they took placement of. Foster family has Wi-Fi in the home that a baby monitor would be compatible with. Foster family also has two other foster children in the home that they care for. Foster parents could also use a small four drawer, or similar, dresser for the new foster child's clothing. Foster parents would be appreciative of any and all assistance!

A eight year old boy who is being fostered by his aunt is in need of assistance. This family is already experiencing financial difficulty with the addition of the young boy to the family. They are not receiving any financial help from DHS yet. The aunt is significantly behind on paying the electricity bill. The aunt just recently had to move to a new home in order to accommodate the addition of the foster child. Moving to the new home created additional cost plus her normal monthly bills. This causing her to not be able to pay her normal bills. mainly the electric. being a bigger home the electric cost is double then the previous home, plus being two months late has caused the bill to cost more then what she can pay right now. They are in danger of getting the electric shut off. Any kind of assistance will be greatly appreciated.
