A Single mother of 2 boys, ages 11 and 1 month old is great need of a vehicle. Her vehicle has been unreliable ever since about 1 year ago when a foster case started. This mom was living in the car with her son and their dogs. Having an open case in this county; she had no other choice than to settle here. She started working and was able to get into a place and her son was placed in home-trial placement. Later on, she lost her job, her car broke down and was unable to find employment due to the pregnancy. She gave birth to a new baby a month ago. Having a reliable vehicle will make a significant difference in their lives. This mom will be able to drop her younger son to a daycare and go to work.

Hi Ya'll! We have a 7 year old boy that has found a foster to adopt placement! YAY! The family is needing help providing for the boys sleeping arrangements. They are requesting a twin size mattress, twin size mattress cover, and twin size sheets. Any and all help would be much appreciated. Thank you for all you do for our communities.

A foster mother of three children (siblings) in her care have acquired a lot of clothing and they are in need of another dresser. Since being placed in this foster mother's home the children have thrived and made so much progress.

This request is much more than preventing a child from entering foster care. We have a single mother who is battling chronic illness and has a pending disability application. This mother is seeking help with her water bill in order to keep her child home and to maintain her overall health needs. Her utility will be disconnected on 4/29/25 if payment is not issued. She has to pay $148.17 to the City of Fort Smith to keep the utility on. Your support will eliminate the risk of DHS intervention and further health issues. This mom continues to work within the organization to stabilize her finances with the limited income she receives.

We have a family who is in need of financial support. In order for the involved parent to be able to see one of her children, she must complete a test first that cost $485 dollars. This mother has a new baby and another child and was not prepared for this unexpected expense.

We have a family who was blessed with having their home treated. Due to the treatment timeframes, they will need to be out of their home overnight. They were already out for one night for the initial treatment but will need to leave again for follow up treatment. The amount listed will cover a hotel stay for the family and this would help provide them with a safe place to sleep while their home is being treated so they can return to a safe and clean living space.

Single mom needs assistance with getting mattresses. The ones her children currently have are in poor condition, (old, with holes and bad springs). She feels very proud of recently getting off of Food Stamps and housing assistance. She can't afford them at this time due to working on paying her debt and other expenses at this time.
