A single mother, previously living in a sober living facility that could not accommodate her three young children, sought help at CRM to improve her family's situation. Committed to bettering their lives, she secured employment and began working hard to build a stable future for her and her children. A key part of this stability is providing her children with their own beds, which will offer them a sense of security and comfort, ensuring they experience a stable and nurturing childhood. Through her determination and support from CRM, she is working toward creating a brighter, more stable future for her family.

Parents (Both 18 years old), unemployed, just moved into a new apartment. They are just starting out as a family on their own, moving into their first apartment. They are actively looking for employment. They are in need of a sofa or sofa set. Anything would help and they would be so grateful.

Mom, Dad and 3 children are staying at a shelter. Parents are both unemployed and seeking employment. They are in great need of a tummy time mat & changing station for their infant. So, if you have either one of these items that you no longer need & would like to donate it to a family that is struggling, it would be greatly appreciated and used for a child that needs it.

Some of the most immediate needs include: Beds and dressers for the children Living room furniture, such as a couch or chair Dining table and chairs so the family can share meals together Basic kitchen items, including dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and kitchen towels Any support would mean the world to this mother and her children as they rebuild their lives. I’d like to share a bit about a dedicated family working hard to provide a safe and loving home for their child. Both parents have intellectual disabilities and receive SSI; however, their disabilities have never diminished their commitment to being responsible and caring parents. At one point, they did experience the hardship of temporarily losing custody of their child. Since then, they have worked diligently and with great determination to meet all necessary requirements to regain custody. They took every step to ensure their home is safe and supportive, and their efforts have paid off—they are now reunited as a family. The parents continue to strive daily to maintain a stable and nurturing environment. One of their current needs is a couple of dressers to help complete their home and support an organized, safe space for their child. Any assistance or resources that could help meet this need would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you for your continued support in helping families like this one thrive.

A determined single mother who has recently been reunified with her son after successfully completing inpatient treatment is in need of a two-month bus pass to get to and from work, school and daycare. She is now working full time and attending classes to create a better future for her family. Providing this support would remove a major barrier and help her stay on track. A Single mother of 2 boys, ages 11 and 1 month old is great need of a vehicle. Her vehicle has been unreliable ever since about 1 year ago when a foster case started. This mom was living in the car with her son and their dogs. Having an open case in this county; she had no other choice than to settle here. She started working and was able to get into a place and her son was placed in home-trial placement. Later on, she lost her job, her car broke down and was unable to find employment due to the pregnancy. She gave birth to a new baby a month ago. Having a reliable vehicle will make a significant difference in their lives. This mom will be able to drop her younger son to a daycare and go to work.

We have a family who is in need of financial support. In order for the involved parent to be able to see one of her children, she must complete a test first that cost $485 dollars. This mother has a new baby and another child and was not prepared for this unexpected expense.
