I am working with a little boy (age 4) who is growing out of all of his clothes. His mother made a comment that he's wearing clothes too small for him during visits. When FCM spoke with the relative care provider, they expressed a hardship currently. They cannot purchase the boy new clothes at this time and asked if DCS could assist. Unfortunately, we already provided a clothing voucher upon removal and cannot provide another one. If someone could purchase some outfits for this little boy, it would be amazing. He is currently supposed to be wearing 5T clothing, but most of his clothes are 3T and 4T. You can purchase a gift card to a store, or just purchase some outfits for this guy. He's not picky! Some specific needs are a light jacket, shorts, t-shirts, pants/jeans, anything else you like... Thank you so much for your consideration!

Single mother of two boys ages 13 and 7. Family has recently gone through a traumatic situation where supervision is needed at all times in the home. High monitoring is needed in each of the child's room to ensure their well-being and safety at all times. Family is only asking for 3 indoor security cameras where mom can observe from her phone. They will take any types of camera's.

Single mother with children of ages 15, 14, and 8. Mother is currently going through financial struggles and recently had a disagreement with other relatives who ruined her home. Mom and kids are slowly trying to clean up but are in needs of cleaning supplies. This will improve the children's environmental well-being and safety.

They are asking for: -2 bottles of all purpose cleaner of any scent and brand -2 mops and 2 buckets -1 bottle of Pine-Sol floor cleaner -1 bottles of Gain laundry detergent -2 packages of sponges for dishes -1 bottle of dish soap -2 boxes of large trash bags -1 pack of toilet paper -1 pack of paper towels -2 brooms

A godmother is placement for her godson, aged 18 months. She is requesting a crib for him to sleep in, to help follow safe sleep.

A kinship caregiver is placement for her godchildren, ages 1 and 4. She is requesting a queen-sized mattress protector, as she is working on potty training the 4-year-old. She is also requesting a lockbox for her firearm ammunition.

We have a kinship relative that are in need for more baby clothing. Maternal aunt graciously took in her twin neice and nephew when they were removed from their mother due to medical neglect. After moving in with aunt and getting the inital clothing voucher, the children grew fast! Aunt needs help with clothing that are 3-6 month and older. She also needs some help with extra bottles. The children are struggling with keeping milk down so bottles might need to be a better quality. Any help would be appriciated!

Family is staying in a hotel until their apartment becomes available on Tuesday of next week. Need assistance with the hotel room and groceries from Friday to Tuesday Morning. If not, the family will be without housing and possibly living in their vehicle until Tuesday. The parents work, but they have spent all their money getting the apartment and some necessary items.

This family has had a lengthy history with DCS when they were very young because of abuse in various kinds, neglect, and mental health issues. Due to the most recent DCS case opened for neglect and substance abuse elder brother has become placement of his 8yr old and 6yr old sisters. The family has gone through many traumatic experiences, and he has expressed his desire to provide a stable, safe and nurturing caregiver for his sisters. He has done his best to take care of all of their necessities including food, clothing and shelter but due to the lack of financial assistance he is in need of aid getting one of his sisters a twin-size bed and a twin mattress protector. His 8yr old sibling has always been on the receiving in of their parents' neglect and abuse. Her mental health has suffered as a result of this. Her triggers and fear of the past haunting her cause her to wet the bed. she is receiving services to help combat her bed wetting, the mattress she was previously using is all worn out. The mattress is filled with bacteria, urine stains and it has an odor. To guarantee a clean, bacteria- and urine-free bed for the youngster, the family needs a twin-size bed and a twin mattress protector.

Paternal Aunt has placement of her 15-year-old niece. Her niece has a history of suicidal ideation and self-harm. She has previously taken her mother's medication to school and reported taking approximately twenty unprescribed pills. Paternal aunt reported she keeps medication in a medicine cabinet but cannot ensure the child will not have access to it. A medical lock box is needed to ensure all medication is safely stored and to decrease concerns of another suicide attempt.

The family has been living in a hotel for approx 2 years. They have finally been approved for an apartment next week, the week of the 19th. Although they do not have anything other than clothing and a few personal items for the apartment. They are in need of a lot of items for the home. The family would appreciate any assistance with any of the items listed that they could get.

A kinship placement is currently caring for five children and is in need of a washer and dryer. The family is doing their best to provide a stable and loving home, but with such a large household, the laundry needs have become overwhelming. Currently, they do not have a washer and dryer in the home, which means that they are relying on laundromats, which adds a financial and time burden. Providing a washer and dryer would significantly ease the day-to-day challenges this family faces, help maintain hygiene for the children, and support the caregiver in continuing this vital placement.

Child is currently placed in home with his mother. The family is working on creating a budget with their service providers through Firefly, but need additional assistance. The father is a truck driver and the primary provider for the family. Mother provides childcare for the children when they are not in school. The child's current dresser is falling apart
