A single mother, who is trial reunification with her daughter, needs help paying her rent due to having to take time off to adjust with her daughter in her home. This money will be used to support the family and preserve the placement.

Family consists of a grandmother raising two small grandchildren. Her rent is due on May 1st. It is to be based on income, but forms were not submitted by apartment manager in time. This month her rent will be full price which will take more than 50% of her monthly income.

Foster parents need financial assistance to help with a summer program for a 4-year old foster child. Both foster parents are employed and need daycare for the foster daughter through the summer. Please help this traditional resource family to preserve this foster care placement. Any partial financial assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am working with a biological family of three. Dad has been unable to work for two weeks due to doctor restrictions of a much needed surgery he received. The family was able to stay afloat while Dad recovered because Mom is also employed, but Dad's time off is going to make the family late on rent. Rent is $750 a month and the family has $450 to put towards rent. The family is requesting rental assistance in the amount $300.

This Mom has been working really hard on being sober and being a better person and mom. She has never had a driver license and would like to get one to better herself and her ability to care for children. This would allow to get the children to and from school, medical appointments, and her to and from work. The cost will cover her taking a driving course, testing, driving hours, and the actual license. She has no family support since becoming sober and this would be a blessing to her and the kids. The money can be given to the facility she currently resides at to ensure it is used for what we are requesting.

The family has bunk bed for their children but is in need of beds for the bunk beds. The family had recently moved back into the home last year in which the home had been broken into with all the wiring/electricity stolen. The family has been working to fix up the home and getting everything back to the way it was. The children are currently sleeping on a pull-out mattress and another mattress, but they are both very old. The family was able to get a bunk bed set but have not been able to get the beds yet.

This sibling set recently came into care with limited belongs or clothing items. They are currently placed in kinship foster home. First child is a 14-year-old male that wears 36-38 pants, large- xlarge shirts in men's, and a size 12.5 men's. Second child is an 8-year-old female who wears 10-12 girl in both shirts and shorts and size 3.5 in girls' shoes. Any help with spring or summer clothing would be appreciate. These children recently came into care. They are in a kinship placement, and we would like to assist in maintaining the placement. A set of bunk beds would help this placement at this time. One of the children is an 8-year-old girl who is sharing a room with another 15-year-old girl. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Natural mother was working full-time but had to leave her job due to the employer changing the mother's work schedule, making it difficult for natural mother to find someone to watch the children. NM is now unemployed and needing assistance with paying rent in the amount of $561. She is actively seeking employment but is already behind in rent. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

A mother of two is needing assistance with the getting her vehicle towed from mechanic shop which was transported there for repairs. The cost of towing the vehicle is $150.
