Please help an expecting mother who is about to give birth at the end of this month (May 2025) to obtain a travel system stroller and car seat combo. The client and her family are struggling financially, as they are currently unemployed.

Please help a single mother who is currently experiencing some financial hardships. She is requesting a baby jumper to assist with child's gross motor developmental skills. Client does not have extra financial means to purchase one on her own.

A dedicated single mother in the final five weeks of RCC’s nursing program is seeking assistance with summer clothing for her two children. As she prepares for the upcoming expense of licensing fees required to begin her nursing career, she is currently unable to afford these essential items.

Her 14-year-old son wears a men’s medium in shirts and size 14 in pants. Her 10-year-old daughter wears size 10/12 tops and 11/12 pants, she is tall for her age.

A single mother of four children is in need of bedding for her children. Client was able to get stable housing for her and her children two months ago and beds but not bedding for them. Client is in need of a twin bedding set and a full-size bedding set. Client is also in need of a shelving organizer and bathroom shelf organizer. Client wants to provide a safe and less cluttered space for her children. Due to client’s limited income, she is not able to provide necessary items for her children. Client currently is not able to work due to her mental health. Client is eager to work on her mental health to be able to return to work. Client is currently working with Case Manager on her resume and preparing for a better future for her and her children. Client states she is fortunate if anyone can help. We have a young, single mother of 3 children (ages 1, 4 and 5). She is experiencing unstable housing and financial stress. The mother is a victim of domestic violence and is trying to keep her children sheltered and safe from harm. The mother has been residing with the maternal grandmother in a single unit apartment with the children. The MGM put the mother and children out on yesterday and stole the mother’s food stamps from her EBT card. The mother is not able to purchase any food for herself and the children. She was able to get a room in Hollywood through PATH and is awaiting placement in a DV shelter. DCFS and the agencies involved with this family are working tirelessly to find a residence the mother and children. The mother can be reached on her cell phone and the CSW is able to correspond with the mother accordingly. We are hoping that a donor will pick up this request and provide the family with a $300.00 grocery gift card or purchase food for the family so that the mother and children do not go hungry.

We have a mother who has a six-month old baby that is teething. The mother is very resilient and is thriving with all of her programs she is involved in. She is a domestic violence survivor and is using her experience to build and grow within her life. She is in therapy to address the concerns that brought her family to the attention of the Department. She is a domestic violence survivor. She is a good mother who truly cares for her daughter. During our meetings the baby is always smiling and giggling. Recently, the baby began teething and is in need of hypoallergenic-silicon weaning cups, baby spoons, feeding set, and food making system (NutriBullet). I am in hopes that some of these items can possibly make it to her.

We are reaching out on behalf of a local family in need. This mom, who has faced some significant challenges, is hoping to find support in obtaining a stroller and infant car seat in time for the arrival of their new baby, which is due at the end of June. The mother, who is expecting her second child, also has a daughter who will be turning four around the same time. They do not have a car and rely on walking and public transportation for getting around. This means having a reliable stroller is essential for getting to appointments, the park, and other necessary outings.The family is specifically in need of a sit and stand stroller, one that can accommodate an infant carrier car seat and has the sit/stand option. While they are open to gently used items, they hope to get at least two years of good use out of the stroller and car seat. This family has been navigating life with limited resources, and meeting this need would greatly help them as they prepare for their growing family. A stroller like this would make a huge difference in their daily lives, helping the mother transport both children safely and easily, especially given that walking and public transportation are their primary modes of transportation. A dedicated single mother of three children is doing her best to balance work and her health in the midst of job searching. Any assistance would be incredibly helpful, as it would ease her daily burden. The energy bill came higher than she expected. The school community closet Warrior Closet gives every kid who visits for back-to-school backpack and school clothes shopping a brand new pair of shoes to start school in. We are preparing for our August 5th opening back. We had 99 kids come through last year for the three-day 6hrs of events. I like to put this out early so people contributing can keep an eye on the sales and when, especially Famous footwear and or Rackroom, do buy one get one 1/2 off bogos on shoes and backpacks. They also put a lot of shoes on clearance that you can buy with the BOGOs too. The kids 11 through size 1 love the character shoes. The 2 and or above ones I would do something they can wear more with everything.

Three siblings currently residing with their grandmother in St. Joseph are in urgent need of support. The family requires two twin-size mattresses to replace those that were infested with bed bugs, as well as three pillows—one for each child. Providing these items will help preserve the current kinship placement and ensure that the siblings can remain together in a safe and stable environment. The Missouri ICPC has requested additional services for this family, and we want to ensure they are fully prepared for the upcoming DSS visit scheduled for May 14th.

This a grandmother caring for her 2yrs granddaughter and grandson 7yrs and 10yrs who are under DCFS, with her fixed income and the coast of living so high ,recently her care was in a hit and run when it was in parked, and since there was no witnessed the insurance would not cover the repairs, and being the only care she needed. she stated this really set me back financially,
My stove needs replacing. Only 2 burners are working. The refrigerator is freezing all the food they tried fixing it. They said it needed to be replaced.all my veggies and fruits got spoiled. I am sol provider and can”t afford to cove this two items

Caregivers wife 55 and husband 57, Are caring for two siblings boy age 15 and sister age 5, They are in Foster care under NUFRM placement. The little girl has Alcohol syndrome and was sexually abused. She has severe behavioral issues; she takes off clothes and urinates and defecates all over the house she thinks is funny and does it also when she does not get her way. they need to replace their sofa They need a new twin bed for her and a couple of protectors The boy is an amazing child. He just had a birthday and is doing well in school and therapy. He has had to experience a lot of abuse by stepfather (sister Dad). He needs a laptop for school. The family has limited funds, are not able to buy one for him that's what he wanted for his 15 b-day gift and was understanding they could cover that expense because only Husband works because of the extreme supervision the 5 year requires and services and medication she takes.
