This request is for a grocery gift card for a child and his mother. Mother has applied for financial support but that will not be provided until next month. They are currently homeless and obtaining support from some community resources. They do access food banks but still fall short of needed resources. They would like a gift card to help them get additional food they need. This would also support mother in attaining diapers, wipes, additional food for her 1 year old son, and other basic needs for this mother who also has a baby on the way. Mother also has a 1 year old that outgrew his baby car seat and is in need of a toddler car seat/stroller. Thank you and any help and amount is appreciated.

We are working with a family consisting of mom, teenage daughter, mom's husband and their 3 year old daughter. Mom's teen daughter is 15 and her father passed away during the pandemic. This mom is asking for assistance in getting her daughter involved in extracurricular activities. The family lives in Rohnert Park and her daughter has shown an interest in the fitness center at the Rohnert Park Community Center. For $216, her daughter can get a "teen membership" for one year. Mom thinks this would be a good outlet for her child, as aside from the fitness center, there are also basketball courts, a racquet ball court, etc. that would be a good fit for her as summer is almost here. There is a father who is working toward overnight visits with his children. He has been picking them up from school and visiting on the weekends. Unfortunately, he is unable to drive them because his car needs a starter. He is able to fix the car himself, but he does not have the funds to purchase a starter. If he is able to fix his car, he will not only be able to help transport the children, but the burden will not only be on the mother to transport the children for visits.

This request is for a single mother and her two children who are in need of food. The mother is actively working to make ends meet but is falling short on providing food for her 2 growing children. She is currently seeking a more stable job and has been utilizing food banks but it is still not enough for what the children consume. Mother does not own a car so nearby stores for gift cards would be Santa Rosa Food Max or Smart and Final to purchase food that they can make at home to make it stretch for more meals. If this need is not met, the mother will not be able to provide enough food for the children. Any amount is appreciated. Thank you so much.

A family who just reunify back together into their new apartment just dropped and broke their television. They are in need of a new one, hopefully something between 48-55in TV. They share their bonding time together by watching their favorite movie and would like that bond to continue. SW: Luke Fleming

I am the social worker of a mother who is working on reunifying with their child. The child just returned to the mother's care full-time this week. The mother is tight on money and does not have the funds to pay for her phone bill this month. It is $135 and due on May 15th. The mother is worried about having her phone turned off while she has her child newly back in her care. She needs to be able to talk to her child's day care provider, as well as continue to communicate with the service providers and myself as part of her CPS case. She is actively looking for employment and has an upcoming job interview. I have also given her information about signing up for a low-income phone line through a government agency.  SW Dub

Young, single mom of one year old needs your support. Recently, the youth have been complaining about headaches and feeling sick. Upon cleaning and moving furniture around she found that several pieces of furniture in her home were infested with mold which included her baby's mattress, baby’s crib, her mattress, her bed frame and her dresser. The immediate ask supports with replacing the mattresses, bed frame and crib. This will improve their immediate health as she will be removing all furniture that has mold from her home.

Potentially queen box spring will not be needed if bed frame does not require one.

This request is intended to support a young family while the mother completes her recovery program. Although the baby remains in the mother's care during her treatment, extended family members have been helping by taking care of the baby, allowing her to focus on recovering from childbirth and addressing her substance use. We are requesting a gas gift card to assist the mother's family with transportation costs when the mother needs medical care etc.

Three children are living with their grandmother while separate from their parents. The grandmother has limit income and would like to keep things as normal as possible and take the kids out this summer to Sunsplash in Roseville, CA. She needs support of providing tickets to take them. We're asking to have the waterpark ticket be purchases or VISA gift card to buy them.

A young adult who is autistic and limit items he is interested is but when he interested in something, his mom would like to encourage him to continue with his interested. There are specific items and needs he likes and would like support with getting a VISA gift card to purchase him specific computer/video game supplies for him. His mom works full time and has two jobs trying to support him and having difficulty trying to meet his needs.

A single mom with four children is in need of some bedframes and mattresses for her girls. Currently, two of the older children is co-sleeping with her and she would like to get them their own beds. Mom is struggling financially and having difficult time being able to provide new beds for her girls.
