I have a foster student who is new to the district and the area. He is requesting a foldable scooter to help him get to school.

Please help a family in need of a stroller for their youngest child. Family is struggling financially as the father is unemployed. Family would accept even a used stroller in good condition. This would help them tremendously. Thank you in advance for your willingness to help.

Hello, we are asking for some assistance to help support a struggling family in need. A single father of a 10-year-old, 18-year-old, and an adult disabled child was recently admitted into the hospital and there are serious concerns he may not make it, and if he does he won't be home soon due to recovery time. The children’s grandfather has stepped in, taking the responsibility of caring for the children while their father is in the hospital, but they are emotionally and financially struggling due to their circumstances.

Grandfather will not get any assistance or funding for the children for over 45 days or more so we are asking for some help in providing immediate help via a grocery card to help with food and a gas card to help carry them through this emergency situation.

The family lives in a small trailer in an RV park and another concern is they’re at risk of being evicted if they do not repair the trailer door. We have estimated that the hired cost to repair will be between $700-900 of if if anyone has access to have someone replace an RV trailer door this would be such a blessing for them. This will allow the grandfather to retain the housing for him and the children. The clients are 54 and 62-year-old caregivers, who are currently raising their 8-year-old grandson. They had to step in as his guardian, because both of his parents have issues with stability, have mental health issues and are unable to take care of him. The grandmother was laid off from her job and so they are living off of one income. They can really use help with clothing for their grandson and extra food for the household.  They would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you, Desirey

We have an opportunity to bless a lovely lady with two small kids that has just completed her transition from homelessness to getting an apartment of her own. She’s worked really hard and would love some assistance getting some basic pieces of furniture secured. We have been able to provide a queen size bed and frame as well as two toddler beds with mattresses and bedding for everyone. We still need some assistance finding two small dressers for this family.
