Mother is requesting assistance with her electric bill. The amount owed is $338.26 Duke Energy. She is a single mother caring for two children. She is employed but her hours were just cut and she is struggling to pay her bills this month. She is actively looking for better, full time employment and has an interview on Monday. Having her electric paid will help reduce stress in the home and avoid it getting cut off. Thank you!!

The three children were removed from their mother and placed with their father with very little notice. They are currently living in an extremely small one room trailer that fits only a bed which the older children share, and a pack and play which the child is now climbing out of. The father has worked diligently to get them a larger place and finally has saved enough, however once they move, he will not have any funds left over for beds, mattresses, or linens for the children.

When the request is met the children will have appropriate, safe sleeping arrangements.

The children were at imminent risk of coming into care. The mother is requesting assistance to pay for daycare. Her and the father were splitting bills 50/50 before an altercation and his arrest. She has been struggling with this transition and would benefit from financial assistance for the child’s daycare. The child would be visible to the community and the mother would be able to work efficiently without providing care of the child during the day.

This Cg is the great-grandmother of her grand daughters child. Cx is 2yrs old and she is full of energy! Cg is retired, and is trying hard to keep up with her great-granddaughter but with her age, she's finding it difficult. Cg WIC for Cx was decreased to almost nothing. Cg is also experiencing a few roaches coming up from her drains (she been experiencing roaches since the hurricane flooded her home) and would like some help with spraying around her property. Cg is asking for assistance with diapers/wipes and extermination.

Grandmother is requesting assistance with diapers, clothing, and formula for her grandchildren, who are now in her care following their mother’s incarceration. While the grandmother is currently employed, she is facing financial strain and is in urgent need of support to provide for the children’s basic needs. Assistance with food, clothing, and infant care items will help ensure the children’s health and well-being during this transitional time.

The mother of 2 children in need of a booster car seat for her child. Her child is 48 inches tall and no longer fits in a regular car seat but due to the mother wanting to maintain safety she is in need of assistance with a booster seat. A backless forward facing booster seat will allow her child to be safe in the car while comfortably fitting. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

A 29-year-old man and his aging parents were among those impacted by the devastation of Hurricane Milton. Their home was flooded, leaving them without many basic necessities. Now, as they try to piece their lives back together, the family is in urgent need of an electric stove to prepare meals and a dresser to store what little they have left.

Father of one recently gained custody of his two-month-old son. The father has a disability making it hard to care for the small child. With limited income, the father is seeking help with obtaining an infant stroller, hoping to no longer put additional strain on his back. Father has already applied for and is awaiting WIC, SNAP, and Medicaid. The benefits are under the mother's name currently. The child is also in need of formula (Enfamil Gentle Ease), wipes, and diapers (size 1) while he awaits the assistance he has applied for. With this assistance it will help the father properly provide and care for his son during this tough transitional time. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you!

A single father is currently looking for youth programs for his son who is 16 years old. His son has been going through a rough patch and could benefit from getting out of the house and doing different activities. The father is also looking for a church.

Grandmother who is taking care of her grandson is requesting assistance with purchasing a full-size bed for him. Grandson lives with client as his mother passed away when he was four years old. Client does not have the funds to purchase the bed. This bed will ensure the child gets a restful and safe sleep.

This family is undergoing some costly Maintenace repairs and is having trouble with having gas to take her granddaughter to her afterschool activities (soccer, gymnastics). Her car is very good on gas because its older, and her monthly gas bill isn't very high. I was hoping to help this Cg so her granddaughter can continue her enriching activities. This amount will help with this Cg for two months.

The mother of 4 children in need of a gas card to assist with transportation. The family consist of a mother, and her 4 children. The family has been staying in a shelter while they look for permanent housing. The mother recently started school and has been traveling from the shelter to school and to the children’s school.
