Hello everyone! I have a mother and 1 year old child on my caseload who is in need of food assistance. Mom is engaged in services and has completed most of what is being asked of her. Mom is in need of food in order to care for herself and child. Please help this mom with this basic need. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Your help is greatly appreciated!

A 5-year-old girl got accepted into a specialized school and behavioral health program that will greatly benefit her emotional well-being and provide her foster parent with the necessary support to continue parenting her. To attend the program, she must wear sneakers. This foster parent would greatly appreciate assistance with providing a pair in size 11. Additionally, the foster parent will be traveling an extra 50 miles per day to drop her off and pick her up and would appreciate a gas card to assist with the cost of gas.

We have three kiddos in need of summer clothes, as they have grown out of their clothes from last year, and natural mother is taking some time off work with the birth of her new baby this month leading to tight finances. Sizes are boys 5T, boys 4T, and girls 3T. This family is also in need of baby boy or gender neutral clothing of all sizes, as they prepare for his arrival this month. Any help is appreciated!

We have a family in need of help with a few items. The first is two 5-point carseats for a 1 and 2 year old, as they are close to outgrowing their current ones. This family is also in need of assistance with transportation, whether from bus passes, gas cards, an Uber/Lyft card, or assistance with a vehicle, as the natural mother continues struggling with financial instability. This would help her maintain the ability to get to work, family time, and other services. This mom is also in need of a planner to better keep track of her schedule, including appointments with service providers. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Please help this single mom of 3 children to has been reunified with her children close her case by helping her pay for a hair follicle drug test. This mom has worked so hard to reunify with her children, she has finished all of her services but due to not having reliable transportation and the weather being too hot to ride the bus with 3 young children, she has missed a couple of UA’s recently. By helping her pay for a hair follicle test and prove she is clean of substances, she will achieve case closure. Thank you!

I am working with a mother that has unsupervised family time and begun overnight visits. She is needing assistance in gas as the placement is 2 hours away and would allow more visits outside when the caseworker is able to transport. This would also help the child get to see her mom as the Department works with the mother towards starting trial reunification. Any help is appreciated!

Hello! I have a mama that just recently completed her month long in-patient rehab program successfully. This mama is now entering a transitional housing program and is excited to begin her journey to becoming healthy for her 2 year old son. This mama is in need of a bus pass so she may have some transportation assistance to her services. If anyone is able to help this mama with a bus pass it would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Hello! I have a single mama in need of rental assistance. This mama has a 7 year old daughter that she has part time and just was reunited with her teenage daughter a couple months ago after 10 years apart. This mama has come so far in improving her life and overcoming bad circumstances she was given. This mama continues to work hard to make ends meet and is even trying to do volunteer work with her program to hopefully get a rental discount this month. She got behind due to slow work and having to put in money for her truck. I am asking for $400 dollars in assistance but any amount will be so helpful and appreciated! Thank you so much!

Mom and children left a domestic violence situation with very little belongings. Mom has found a wonderful place for them to stay, but just needs a toddler bed and mattress for one of the children. Mom has been working full time for a long time and is doing everything she can.

Please bless these parents with two bus passes so they can get to services. We have a set of young parents who are open and willing to engage in services. However, they do not have reliable transportation. Please help us strengthen this family by blessing them with two bus passes. God Bless!

I am working with a biological family of three. The child in the household is a big, always growing two year old boy! This big guy has been a delightful addition at his daycare, which he attends full time. The daycare he attends has a one time "summer activity fee" of $75 that is the responsibility of the parents to pay. Mom is looking for jobs, but the family is currently a single income household struggling to make ends meet. Dad will have surgery and is expected to miss a week of work at the beginning of July. This family is is in need of assistance with groceries, diapers, wipes, and the one time daycare activity fee.

A single mother, who has been experiencing homelessness for several years, is working to reunify with her 13-year-old daughter. Her greatest need is to establish safe housing, but a past-due water bill of $417.40 is preventing her getting an apartment. Any help towards paying off this debt would be greatly appreciated.
