Please bless these parents with two bus passes so they can get to services. We have a set of young parents who are open and willing to engage in services. However, they do not have reliable transportation. Please help us strengthen this family by blessing them with two bus passes. God Bless!

I am working with a biological family of three. The child in the household is a big, always growing two year old boy! This big guy has been a delightful addition at his daycare, which he attends full time. The daycare he attends has a one time "summer activity fee" of $75 that is the responsibility of the parents to pay. Mom is looking for jobs, but the family is currently a single income household struggling to make ends meet. Dad will have surgery and is expected to miss a week of work at the beginning of July. This family is is in need of assistance with groceries, diapers, wipes, and the one time daycare activity fee.

We are inquiring about utility assistance for a mom who has moved into a new home. This mom has been working very hard to get her children back home with her. She has moved to a house that is big enough for her and her children. Due to this move, the electricity bill has been higher than she expected. This mom does not have very many supports around her who are able to help. If this need is met, this mom will be relieved of financial stress. These kiddos and their mom will be more comfortable in their home when they return.

The Demand Project (TDP) exists to eradicate human trafficking, online enticement, child sexual abuse material, and the commercial sexual exploitation of children. One of the ways we do this is through our residential program for teen girls who have been victim of these crimes. We have had a trampoline on campus and just in the last couple of weeks, the springs are starting to separate from the mat making it unusable. The residents are really missing having this activity available and I am hoping someone will help meet this need for us. I have included a link to a trampoline on Amazon that is currently 20% off. We are appreciative of any and all consideration in helping us serve these girls.

Maternal grandmother is raising her almost two year old grandchild on a single income. She is in need of a new or gently used crib that could carry into a toddler bed.

An 8-year-old male has been in kinship placement with paternal aunt and her family of five since October 2024 and their expenses has increased significantly. Their electric bill has increased significantly and need help paying it. The family would appreciate any assistance so they can stay financially afloat and provide for the child.

OKDHS is working a prevention case with a family with 3 young children and an older child. The older child had been having issues of running off to friends houses and not communicating with the mother. With services in the home, the child is doing much better and is communicating well with the mother. However, as part of this mothers household bedtime routine, she does not allow screen time in the evening. This has frustrated the older child who has nothing to do before he goes to sleep. This child reported that he enjoys reading but does not have any books due to the family's financial situation. He stated that he greatly enjoys the "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" series. OKDHS is asking for help with providing this child several more of his favorite books to help occupy his mind this summer as he has free time after summer school. I am working with a biological family of two. Mom and her two year old son are currently in trial reunification. Mom is in a vulnerable place right now but is working hard to establish her independence. She has begun working with a staffing company for employment and is actively seeking income based apartments or sober living for herself and her son. Perhaps the biggest barrier Mom has to achieving her independence is transportation, because she does not have a personal vehicle and cannot afford car payments. Lack of a personal vehicle greatly minimizes job opportunities and housing options that Mom is able to apply to and/or accept. Mom will not be able to afford a car payment and is not particular about the vehicle she drives, so if there is a vehicle out there that has been donated, Mom would be MOST grateful (and blessed!) to be the recipient of that vehicle. This family consist of a multi-generational family living together. The mother who is participating in our home-based SafeCare parenting program has one three month old baby, her first child! She is participating in our program to learn more skills about how to take care of him in a safe environment. Mom has been doing an amazing job so far and is looking forward to continuing to learn about her child's development. Since she has had the baby, she has not been able to work yet and is getting very tight on money. All of the adults are contributing to the house financially, but with mom not currently working, it has put a strain on bills and other responsibilities. The baby has a sensitivity allergy, and requires specific diapers and formula so that he does not have a negative reaction. With this formula and diapers being more expensive, it has been hard for the family to provide what he needs. They are starting to get low on these supplies, and would appreciate ANY kind of help towards the formula and diapers that the baby needs. The specific formula that the baby uses can be either Similac Advance (blue can), Similac 360 Total Care (orange and gold can) - preferred choice, and bum bum brand diapers (size 5 or up). Any amount of formula or diapers is appreciated. Thank you so much!
