Story
Family was instructed to get child glasses and the parent is very concerned for their child's success in school so went ahead and made the appointment and ordered the necessary glasses for their child. Even though the child has insurance, the copay and out-of-pocket costs have created a financial burden causing financial issues within the household. The glasses have been ordered and the total out-of-pocket expense on the parent is $118.
At this time, the county has very limited resources to cover the cost of glasses. While we actively are looking for community partners to assist in this great need, children like this will still need support.

The actual total of glasses is $100.18. Payment would be made directly to the eye clinic.
