Our school has a family that is moving into a new place after a change in their living situation that is no fault of the mom or the children. Mom is working hard to make things work but they do not have anything left from her paycheck after paying her car payment and the deposit/rent. They are in need of living room furniture and a twin size bunk bed frame (mattresses not needed). Thank you in advance for your consideration!

A mother of 3 is needing assistance. The mother was recently reunified with her 2-year-old daughter. In the past few months, the mom has hurt her back leaving her in pain and not being able to stand for long periods of time. Her job was put on hold but in the last week she found out that they let her go.

anything will help this family get back on track while she works on getting unemployment or disability.

17 year old male student was severely assaulted, so now student and family are in immediate danger. Mom has city program voucher and is actively looking to relocate. Mom needs financial assistance for moving costs and or rental assistance. Mom is looking to move within the week or as soon as possible. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to make sure that this family is in a safe place.

We have a 4-year-old girl who resides with her maternal grandmother. Her grandmother has young children of her own and works hard to make ends meet, but there are very little funds left over for things such as clothes. She needs size 5t clothing. She also is in need of a crib mattress and toddler bed to provide her with safe sleep. The child's only support is her maternal grandmother outside of distant family that do not reside in the state of Georgia. Our goal is to keep this child with her grandmother so she can stay connected to her family and not have to enter the foster care system. She would greatly benefit from any assistance.

There is a family that speaks Chuukese that is facing a possible eviction. The mother is disabled due to losing her lower limbs because of Diabetes. The father has been in and out of work, and the family is over $2,000 behind on rent. The landlord has asked them to leave or else he will go through the legal process of evicting them. Their son is going to stay at the Noyes Home while dad tries to find stable work and housing. I am requesting a three-month (which is the target discharge date for their son for his stay at the Noyes Home) bus pass for dad, while he looks for work, so he has a way to get around to job interviews and to work once he finds a job.

A family in our church had a five year old girl placed with them yesterday. She arrived with very little and needs basic items. She will be moving schools and the family has asked that she have some new items to ease this transition, along with every day items.

Our foster family of 7 with a baby on the way is in need of a meal train the week their baby is born (due date is May 3rd). We're hoping to have 5+ people sign up to each bring a large meal (10 servings) the week the baby is born. This will make a tremendous difference for this family as they transition into life with a newborn.

A father has recently gotten housing and needs items for him and his son to be comfortable in their home. A few items are listed but the apartment needs all the basics for living. Financial assistance is also welcome to help purchase needed items.

A couple in our church community are expecting their first baby in a few weeks. The mom-to-be would greatly appreciate if someone could come to their home and put together a dresser while her husband is away at basic training. They are located in Cary.
