We have a teen that is aging out of foster care. He is doing an amazing job trying to navigate his way into adulthood. He has been in care for 10 years of his life. He is currently living on his on for the first time and is in extended foster care. This youth is in need of a couch and a dinette set. This youth is polite, never in trouble, and is trying to complete his high school diploma. He is on track to graduate. Right now he is feeling overwhelmed. The help from the care portal would allow him to take one more thing off of his plate and relieve stress while he is trying to navigate completing school.

I have a youth who just got kicked out of his house on his eighteenth birthday and is now living in a shelter. We want to bring him to the finish line to graduate as graduation is just around the corner. He needs help with the attire that is required to wear underneath his cap and gown. Our foster family of 7 with a baby on the way is in need of a meal train the week their baby is born (due date is May 3rd). We're hoping to have 5+ people sign up to each bring a large meal (10 servings) the week the baby is born. This will make a tremendous difference for this family as they transition into life with a newborn.
