I am currently working with two students who are facing challenging living situations. One student is staying in an overcrowded doubled-up housing arrangement, while the other is currently residing in a youth shelter. Despite these hardships, both of these students are committed to their education and are looking forward to participating in their upcoming graduation.

However, in order for them to be part of this special moment, there is a need for assistance with purchasing the required graduation attire. Each student must have the following items: a solid white dress shirt, black slacks, a solid black tie, black dress shoes, black dress socks, and an all-black belt. These items can be purchased for approximately $150 at Ross.

I am reaching out to in hopes that you can help us ensure that these students can fully participate in their graduation day. Your support will not only allow them to dress for this important occasion but will also remind them that they are valued and supported, even in the midst of their struggles.

Resource Parent has recently been evicted from her home and is now in need of furniture and household items for her and her two dependents. The items she requires include four dressers, two full mattresses, one twin mattress, one queen mattress, a dining table with chairs, and bed frames for each bed. Additionally, she needs kitchen items such as pots, pans, utensils, spatulas, and plates.

This sudden move has created an urgent need for these items to ensure the safety and comfort of the children, as well as to meet the requirements for her Resource Family Approval (RFA) license. The ultimate goal is to provide a stable living arrangement for the children and avoid the risk of them having to move due to her home not meeting licensing standards.

A mother recently lost her job and is struggling with transportation. She has done well with doing her services and has recently gotten unsupervised family time with her four children. She is in need of a bus pass in order to continue to get to her mental health services and see her children. Please let us know if you can help as she is trying her hardest to get her children back.

The following message is regarding one of our students, Who is currently facing a vision challenge that is significantly affecting his ability to succeed in school. the student has been struggling with his vision.

The family has an upcoming appointment scheduled at the Vision Center of Victor Valley on Saturday, April 5, 2025, but they are in need of financial assistance to cover the cost of the glasses. The estimated amount is approximately $200, which is more than the family can afford at this time.

We are kindly asking for any support you may be able to provide to help ensure this student has the resources they need to succeed in school and beyond, Your support would make a significant difference in the student's ability to fully participate in their education.

Client is a 27 year old mother. Client has successfully enrolled in Welcome Baby and is an active participant. Client has 4 children ages 5, 4, 1, and a 3 month old. Upon assessing needs, client is in need of bunk beds for her 5 and 4 year old's. Client stays home to care for her 4 children. Client is not able to work due to her 5 year old having health issues and her 1 year old having Down Syndrome. Client and family would benefit from the bunk beds so they can sleep independently and safely. Client would greatly appreciate receiving assistance so the children can sleep safely in their own space. A couple in our church community are expecting their first baby in a few weeks. The mom-to-be would greatly appreciate if someone could come to their home and put together a dresser while her husband is away at basic training. They are located in Cary.

There is a family within our church who is changing their housing situation. They need help with their water deposit to insure their housing situation.

Hello, I am wondering if you can donate a food gift card to our family of 5. Yes we do go to local food banks frequently however my wife just recently went through a very traumatic pregnancy and our son arrived 6 weeks early and spent 5 in the NICU and we were driving 40 miles to and from the hospital. We have a foster family of 7 with a baby due on May 3rd who is in need of help deep cleaning their home. They have a house full of teenage boys who do a good job on chores BUT they are teenage boys after all... These parents would love if an individual or group would be interested in doing a super deep clean so they can have a healthy, clean home for their baby's arrival. The weekend of April 26-27th would be ideal.

We have a family in our community that urgently needs help. They are currently behind on their rent because the mother has had her hours cut due to serious health issues.
