Hello! I have a single mother that is in need of getting help for some car repairs so that she and her daughter can get back to South Dakota by the end of next week. The child was previously being cared for by extended family, however due to serious allegations, she is unable to go back to them and her mother is needing to relocate with her out of state. The family has been through a lot of trauma and the father is no longer living. Her car is in need of a new muffler, oil change, and possibly new brakes. LDSS is working with a single mother of four children, who has recently secured her own housing. Previously the family was living in a two-bedroom home with a relative and all the children shared one bed. LDSS is requesting a bed and mattress for the children to help support the mother in her new home.
