A disabled veteran and newly single father of 4 school-aged children is in urgent need of assistance to pay his water bill. He is facing significant financial hardship but is doing everything he can to keep food on the table and maintain stable housing for his family. He currently cannot cover his $312 water bill, which is due by Thursday, May 15. Any support would make a huge difference for this family of 5.

Hello, we have a special request on behalf of a young family in our community. Their baby is struggling with weight gain, and after trying multiple feeding strategies, they’ve been advised to use a specific formula that’s both expensive and hard to find: Enfamil EnfaCare Infant Formula Powder, 13.6 oz.

These young parents have been tirelessly caring for their baby, sticking to a strict feeding schedule and doing everything they can to help her grow. Recently, the father broke his leg and is now waiting for surgery. He was the only income provider and has been unable to work, putting their housing situation at risk.

After previously experiencing homelessness while the mother was pregnant, they’ve worked hard to get into a place of their own. Now, with this unexpected setback, they’re facing real challenges again — despite how much they’ve tried to stay on their feet.

They’re active in our community events and always show up with kind hearts and a willingness to connect. We’re asking if any churches or community partners may have access to Enfamil EnfaCare 13.6 oz formula, or if there’s any rental assistance available to help them during this difficult time.

A 1 year old was recently removed from the biological family in Johnson City, TN and placed in a DCS foster home in Rogersville, TN. The parents are struggling financially and cannot afford the gas to visit with the child. The mother is undocumented and unable to work, therefore only the father works. The first visit is scheduled for 5/16/25 and the visitation schedule is bi-weekly. DCS is requesting assistance with a gas card for the family for at least the first 2 visits.

This client is expecting a new baby boy in a few months and currently has nothing for baby. She lives with her husband and daughter. Her husband is working but finances are really tight for the family.

A grandmother who has custody of her three grandchildren (2 boys, 1 girl) are in need of 2 twin size beds with mattresses. The two boys are in need of the twin size beds. They are ages 5 and 12. The agency currently has an open case with the family. The agency is wanting for the children to remain in the home with their grandmother until reunification with the parents is achieved.

I would like to say “thank you” on behalf of my family. Whatever you can do will be greatly appreciated. I know that this is a temporary situation because I will be back in the workforce as soon as we get the support we need to get going. My story is long, but I will make it as concise as possible. When I got married to my wife, she had a boy, whom I love dearly. He is on the autism spectrum. I bring him up because everything that is going on is hardest on him. I had a job selling cars, and I made many sales, but what was promised was not paid. I lost several months giving my all to a job that did not cover my bills. I got a new job driving a school bus. At that time, we were living in my father’s house. That’s when the twins arrived. This was too much for him. He was always in a bad mood. His temper always got the better of him. We were afraid for the babies. M and J were afraid to be there when I wasn’t there, and I was afraid for them. One night he just cam in to the room screaming at my wife saying what s going on since the babies were crying and Meghan was getting frustrated with the babies he seemed like he was ready to hit one of us how angry he seemed .at the the time we were holding the babies I had to make a hard decision to keep my family safe cause it would of just gotten worse. We left to stay at a friend’s house, where we are now....but we have to leave very soon. Now we have no income and no savings. Thank you again for listening and all of your help.

Hungry Hearts Kitchen Ministry is seeking donations to help with the purchase of groceries to supply 4 families with a hot meal. These families are either involved in foster care or in the midst of some difficult life circumstance. Would you be willing to contribute? Always looking for volunteers as well. Isaiah 58: 10-14 “Feed the hungry and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be bright as noon.”

Single mom is trying to move into a home of her own after staying in a shelter with her three children is seeking a few items for the household. Items needed include a microwave, table, toddler bed and a couch. She is incredibly appreciative of the help that has provided already from Pathway Church but these few items would greatly improve the quality of life and well being of her family as they settle into a new life. Gently used items would be wonderful or donation!

Please help a single father and two children currently living out of their van. The van has been the father’s only means of work. To make matters worse the van is currently broke down and needing a new transmission. We are asking for funds to get the van running and to provide groceries for this family.

Another church referred this family to us. Single mom, having a hard time, needs beds for her four children. We would like to help her by supplying beds.
