A mom is earnestly working towards reunification with her two young children. Although her treatment plan has not yet been court ordered, she has already been diligently and whole heartedly working on completing the assigned tasks. Despite her best efforts , the mom is struggling with getting to and from family visits twice a week, as well as getting to multiple doctors appointments for the children, as both offices are not on a convenient and time efficient bus service route. The mom is eagerly trying to get her driver's license so she can legally and safely drive herself to appointments, however she needs to gain a copy of her birth certificate to be able to obtain the license. The fee for a birth certificate is twenty dollars. By providing this assistance your are helping the mom to get one step closer to achieving her goal of independent transportation and closer to her goal of reunification. We greatly appreciate your thoughtful consideration and your continuous support in uplifting the families in your community.
