Having attended 12 schools in 12 years, transitional age youth commutes half an hour each way to her most recent high school so she can graduate this June. Young adult has maintained a 3.8 GPA and holds down a part-time job as a law office file clerk. Young adult is graduating high school and needs graduation supplies.

A single mother is needing a box frame or something similar for her child. She was able to get a queen mattress for him and is needing the bottom portion for him. This mother has finally obtained housing after being denied numerous times. This mother has not given up to ensure she reunifies with her child.

Individual has had numerous on going medical issues and concerns coming up on 2 years now. he has been unable to work and with financial struggles with making rent, utilities, etc. He has been denied for county and state assistance due crazy reason for example the value of his assets which he only owns 1 car which is non drivable at the moment . We are asking for assistance in ensuring this gentleman is able to get to his appointments and paying his rent and utilities. A grandmother who is a Kinship Placement Provider for 4 great grandchildren in her care needs help with her water bill in the amount of $45.88. CWS has her account number, address, etc. if anyone can assist her in paying this. It is due by 5-16-25. She has not received her first foster care payment yet and has spent money on diapers and food.

Mother and children were homeless, living in the motel room. Mother was able to put some money together to rent a one-bedroom apartment in El Monte. The apartment does not a refrigerator, stove or even a microwave, needed to provide food for her children. She is a single mother to young children and is looking to better her life for her children's sake. Mother is complying with Court orders. Father no longer resides with the family and has monitor visit with the children.

This request is for a Summit family in need of some assistance. A single mom with 5 kids is moving into a new home. The purchase of the home along with expensive closing costs have made furnishing the home extremely difficult. In addition to the needs list, they could use bedding for each bed. Also, regarding the kitchen table, a rectangle table with 6 chairs would work best for this family. The will be ready to receive these items on or after May 10th. Thank you in advance for your help!

This request is for a family with 3 children, one of the children is an adoptive placement. This family needs 6 dining chairs. Several of the families dining chairs have broken or are not safe for use. If you have used dining chairs you would like to donate or would like to purchase new ones, I know this family would greatly appreciate it.

Family is being reunited and has a new home. Working on gathering things to make it feel more like a home and help them get back on their feet. Starting with the beds. I have a full size bed for mom, but looking for twin size beds for each of the two boys. Mom has asked for pillows and I would love to find them bedding as well. Boys are into Pokemon and Sonic the Hedgehog but anything blue would work.

We have a couple from our church needing our help with rent assistance. A while ago, the husband lost his job, which made them rely solely on the wife's income. Since then, the husband found new employment and they are starting to get back on track. Although both are working, the couple is struggling to catch up on rent.
