This request is for a family living in Mauston experiencing financial challenges. Mom is working in housekeeping to support the family's expenses. Dad is unable to work as he experiences severe social anxiety and has left the home only a few times in the last year. Dad takes care of their 2 year old daughter in the home. Mom has had to stay home from work a few times recently due to Dad's mental health leaving limited access to money for food after foodshare. The family does not currently have a working vehicle making it challenging to access the food pantry. This family would requests help with either assistance with delivery of food from the food pantry or a grocery card from Festival where she can walk to get groceries.

Please help us aid a single mom of a two year old in medical crisis awaiting an urgent medical procedure. She has been unable to work due to her condition and needs a washer and dryer. A stackable washer/dryer is desirable due to space constraints. This will aid her recovery in not having to take her clothes to the laundromat.

We have a beautiful new family that arrived last week from Afghanistan. They came with nothing and currently the government funding is not available. we have helped the family secure housing and most of the furniture needed. they hopefully will move into the apartment in the next few days.

I am advocating for a mom of 2 who has had a stroke paralyzing her left side. While ordering a wheelchair for her, we discovered she is sleeping on a mattress on the floor. This mom has had three back surgeries and needs her bed high enough to be comfortably transferred in and out of bed and to be able to rest well. She is very humble and grateful for any help she may receive.

61919552 - A loving grandmother has opened her heart and her home to her grandchildren, ensuring they grow up surrounded by love and care. However, the family faces a challenge: the children is currently in need of summer clothing. Grandma recently got grandchildren into summer camp and had to spend $4000 and now the children are in need of clothing. They are also in need of two dressers so that current and additional clothing can be properly stored.

Single mother of 3 young children ages 2.5 weeks, 4 yrs and 6 yr is struggling financially. Mother left a severe domestic violence situation in another state and relocated to Junction City to find safety for herself and her sons. She was pregnant at the time with her daughter. She developed pre-eclampsia during pregnancy and was forced into bed rest and is not currently working with the recent birth of her daughter. Mother had room-mates for a short period of time who allowed their cats to pee and poop on one of the children's mattresses and all over the bedding for both boy's beds. They are no longer there. The boy's do not have bed frames just mattresses on the floor. Mother tried cleaning the mattress and the bedding to no avail and doesn't feel that it is safe for them to sleep on. Mother and children would benefit from a new toddler mattress to replace the destroyed one as well as toddler frames for both boys to get their beds off the floor. They would also benefit from sheets and blankets for the toddler beds. Mom said one of the boy's favorite colors is purple and the other is red but they would be grateful for any color. Mom said that the swing that she has for her newborn is also broken and while not an absolute necessity is helpful to have and would be thankful if it could be replaced. These items do not need to be new. Mother would be grateful for any help. She is currently involved with a DV support group but is struggling with starting over.

An organization that we partner with shared a need with us for a family they are working with. Mother recently loss her mom and has a lot of Mental health issues.
