Story
One of our agency's therapists just began working with a family, two parents and 4 children – an infant through a middle school-aged child. They had to unexpectedly move due to a traumatic event, though the details have not been disclosed at this time. The father is the primary source of income and just lost his job. They are in a really difficult financial position and appears incredibly overwhelmed figuring out how to navigate the situation. Our therapist has helped to get them set up with SNAP and the school the children attend has provided some immediate resources as well for food, but they are in need of a number of other basic needs as follows: Toilet Paper Tissues Paper towels Dish Soap Hand Soap Shampoo/Conditioner Body Wash Baby safe soap Bedding: sheets and covers for 4 full size beds Gas Card for travel to school, grocery store, appointments, job interview
