This is a single mom with six children. The older two children have box springs and bed frames for twin mattresses but have no mattresses on them. The youngest two do not have beds that I have seen in the home at all hence the request for a toddler bed and the pack and play. Two children, ages 4 & 8 have beds. Mom is presently trying to get a job to afford the things that they need. Your help would make things easier for this mom.

The male child was placed with his grandmother upon removal from the mother's care. The child is now 9 months old and has outgrown all of the clothing that he came to the grandmother with. The grandmother is asking for assistance with size 12 months clothing, wipes, and diapers. This help will allow the grandmother to continue to care for the child outside of foster care and continue to allow the child to bond with the mother through frequent visits. The child is an infant and has no preference for clothing other than size 12 months boy clothing and size 5 diapers.

Recently these 3 siblings (12, 10, & 7-year-old males) were placed in the care of a relative. Presently, the relative placement has one full-sized bed and were able to secure a twin bunk bed frame, but are still in need of 2 twin mattresses, along with twin bedding / sheets. This will benefit the children in providing safe and appropriate sleep, while assisting the relatives with maintaining a stable placement.

62239047- This loving grandmother has become the fulltime caregiver for 4 of her grandchildren ranging in ages 4- 12 years old. She loves her grandchildren dearly and that is why she took them all in. The Grandmother is retired and on a fixed income and there are certain this that she just cannot afford. The children like certain foods such as pop tarts, lots of fruits and also beef, chicken and Lunchables. With the cost of food rising, it's a challenge for this grandmother to get what the children like. All the children have some form of autism and are picky about the things they eat. The grandmother is in need gift cards for food, and she would also like to have a trampoline or swing set for the children to play on. She is not picky. She will accept a gentle used trampoline or swing set. She will also accept a nwe one if possible. She wants to create a space for the children to enjoy while outside playing. Any kind of help that is given to this family is greatly appreciated. Blessings!

Father and mother are not working and need assistance to purchase car seat for 2 year old child (f)

This request is from the family support specialist at the Middletown Early Learning Center. The family has a child in the preschool program and attends for half day sessions. The family phone and internet bills have been shut off, and they're in need $153 to turn on their cell phone service again and $205 for their internet service. School meetings are often held via Zoom and/or phone so both services are important for the family to maintain communication with the school.

Mother expecting 2nd child on 5/23. This child’s father is not involved, although has support from 1st child FOB. Both unemployed and without finances to put towards listed items. This mother was recently enrolled in our program for her 2nd child, although we did have her 5 years ago when her 1st child was born. Since our initial enrollment, this mother has shown much growth in her recovery and mental health. We have provided other resources in the community, although family has not been successful in obtaining these items. Any assistance available would be beneficial to this family- thank you!
