This request is for a 15-year-old boy who lives with his mother, grandmother, and older brother. The Care Coordinator has worked closely with this family and has witnessed the strong bond and love they share despite facing significant challenges. The grandmother is elderly and in poor health, the mother is currently attending school, and the older brother works full-time to support the entire household. The family is doing their best, but they have very limited financial resources and little outside support.

The teen is diagnosed with ADHD and Autism, and he often faces bullying, which has made school and social life particularly difficult for him. He is in need of clothing and school supplies, both for the upcoming school year and daily use. Providing these items would not only ease the family's financial burden but also support the teen's confidence and overall well-being.

He is in need of men’s XL shirts and shorts, pants or jeans in size XXL (40x30), XXL underwear, and size 12 shoes—ideally two pairs of tennis shoes and a pair of slides for summer. His preferred clothing colors are blue, grey, and green. In addition, he needs basic school supplies including a backpack, 3-ring binders, paper, pens, pencils, and folders. Any support provided would be deeply appreciated and would make a meaningful difference for this family during a difficult time.

We have a family in urgent need of keeping their electricity on! This is a family of 3, mom, dad and a 16 year old autistic child.
Mom has Active Brain Aneurisms which requires she be on oxygen.
Mom is unable to work, and dad works, however his income is inconsistent.
Mom has applied for disability, and is awaiting their decision.

The families electricity is set for cut-off at 11am this morning.

The children came into the dependency system in August of 2024. The caregiver has had these children since she entered the system. The caregiver is currently not receiving any funding. The caregiver has provided a caring, stable placement for the children. The caregiver has been working overtime to help meet the needs of the children until she is able to receive funding.

The caregiver had to buy all new bedroom furniture with her own money while also supporting her biological daughter. The caregiver could use any support during this time. The caregiver is requesting a twin bed comforter set and a toddler bed bedding set.

When the request is met, the family will be able to continue providing stable housing for the child and the children will have appropriate bedding.

A Father is in the process of reuniting with his 2 children, he is in need of mattresses for their beds. The children came into care after a Domestic Violence incident in their mother's home led to the death of their step-father.

A Mom and her two young sons who moved to Cleveland to escape a DV situation in Wyoming. Due to the quick nature of their move, they don't have many of the necessary kitchen/home items. An organization was able to get both boys beds, but they only came with frames and mattresses. The items requested will make this family comfortable in their new. Mom is currently job seeking and looking for summer camp for the boys.

One of our foster families is in need of help catching up on yard work. They're requesting help with weeds, gutters, and pressure washing. If you'd love to help with all or some of this, it would be a huge blessing!

Mother expecting 2nd child on 5/23. This child’s father is not involved, although has support from 1st child FOB. Both unemployed and without finances to put towards listed items. This mother was recently enrolled in our program for her 2nd child, although we did have her 5 years ago when her 1st child was born. Since our initial enrollment, this mother has shown much growth in her recovery and mental health. We have provided other resources in the community, although family has not been successful in obtaining these items. Any assistance available would be beneficial to this family- thank you!

Mom recently had emergency gallbladder surgery and has been unable to work the last couple of weeks. She is currently residing in a sober living facility receiving treatment and attend the Fresh Hope program in hopes of reunited with her children. Grandma is watching the children while mom does the hard work of recovery.

Due to mom's gallbladder surgery she is behind on her sober living facility rent and needs to catch up. She needs to pay two weeks rent to catch up and get back on her feet. Please help this mom who is doing the work to reunite with her family.
