A elderly lady within our church community is in need of furniture for her apartment. She has been living in the senior living apartments for over 2 months and does not have what’s needed to make her home a comfortable living environment. She has a bed and a tv. She is in need of towels, linen for her bed, kitchen towels, dishes, sofa, table and chairs, Anything you can do to assist her would be greatly appreciated.

Single mom with two children, just received the news that she is expecting her third child. She is doing her best to prepare for the newest addition but needs a twin-size mattress for her kid's top bunk bed. Please let us know if you will be able to help this growing family.

A loving and devoted grandmother is currently raising her sixteen-year-old granddaughter through kinship care, stepping up selflessly to provide the stability, love, and guidance her granddaughter needs during a difficult chapter in their lives. She has created a safe and nurturing home, showing incredible strength and resilience every step of the way.

Recently, this strong caregiver faced a life-changing diagnosis: breast cancer. She underwent a double mastectomy and is now in the early stages of recovery. As she heals, she is unable to work and is struggling to manage household needs on her own. One urgent issue she’s facing is a severely clogged kitchen sink, which has made daily life and meal preparation extremely difficult. Despite her best efforts, she cannot afford to have the plumbing repaired.

She is not asking for charity — only a helping hand to restore basic functionality in her home while she regains her strength. Your support, whether through financial aid, plumbing services, or referrals, would bring relief to a family doing everything they can to stay strong and stay together. By helping this grandmother, we are not only resolving a household crisis — we are preserving a home, protecting a child, and uplifting a woman whose love and courage are holding her family together.

Single struggling mother, working part time needs assistance with baby items. Baby is in need of a pack & play, walker & highchair. I am reaching out on behalf of a young mom who is currently staying at the Ronald McDonald House, over an hour away from home, as she cares for her premature newborn baby boy. Until her baby is medically cleared to go home, she’s spending nearly all of her time there, away from her regular support system.

To help her prepare for a safe and smooth transition home, we are seeking donations of essential baby items. These donations will be delivered to this requestor, who will coordinate with her to ensure she receives what she needs.

Requested Items: Infant car seat (suitable for a newborn/premature baby) Double stroller (for her newborn and 2-year-old) Preemie and newborn clothing, including: Onesies, sleep sets, socks, burp cloths, swaddles, newborn thru size 2 diapers, wipes and other basic infant care items.

Your support will allow this mom to:

1. Bring her baby home safely from the hospital
2. Get to essential doctor appointments
3. Navigate life with a newborn and a toddler

I am working with a awesome, hard working Single mom that does amazing work helping others in the community is now facing some hardships. She and her family attended, participated wholeheartedly and graduated from our 14-week Strengthening Family Program and has been an outspoken advocate for family wellness. She was recently put in a very hard situation and received news that her landlord is selling her home expectantly, and she was put in a time crunch and after searching and searching for a new place she found one and has to come up with a deposit of $1000 to hold the unit. After talking with the new homeowner, he stated she could allow her to pay $500 by Monday 6/9/25 and the other $500 by Friday 6/13/25. If you can help, please be a blessing to this mom, please, she has helped so many families in her line of work, and she has just paid her rent where she is currently living and does not have the money for her deposit. If you could please help her so she and her children are not put out on the street, and can move into their new home. Anything you can donate would be a great help. Thank you!

An aunt is taking in her nephew that the mother lost custody of and the uncle took him in and now he recently lost custody. The child is 14 years old and the aunt is in need of a twin bed and mattress. The child is currently in a boys home so the aunt is going to take him in. Child needs clothing( XL shirt, 38x34 pants, (size 12) shoes, socks, (large) underwear and hygiene products.

A family of 6 with kids who are 12, 10, 3, 1 has moved into the SCV and is need of support. The father is currently looking for work to help support the family but currently they don't have any income. The family has rented an apartment, but they do not have sufficient beds or furniture for the family. The three year old is in need of a twin bed/mattress. The family also needs a dining room table and a couch. Any support would be helpful. Gently used furniture would be welcomed and appreciated.
