The client is a 35-year-old mother living in a shared apartment with her partner and their one-month-old baby. The client reports persistent emotional distress and low mood, often feeling overwhelmed by her circumstances. Breastfeeding has been challenging, as her baby is sensitive to milk. The lack of access to transportation increases her isolation and limits her ability to connect with the community. Through case management and access to tangible resources, the client can regain stability, autonomy, and social connection. Support in the form of baby care items; including Similac Alimentum Hypoallergenic Formula (Purple Can), 6-month-sized clothing, baby towels, baby wipes, 6-oz baby bottles, an electric breast pump, and a crib cushion—would directly address the baby’s care needs. Stroller and baby carrier would support the client’s mobility and reduce her isolation by enabling outdoor access and community engagement. To promote the mother's emotional well-being, self-care items such as a relaxation candle, facial mask, and lavender shower soap are recommended. ****NOTE: “This request is being submitted by the Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County on behalf of the client. Paternal Grandmother is taking in her three year old granddaughter. The grandmother is preparing her home for the arrival of her granddaughter and needs assistance with purchasing a car seat. Grandma, also known as Nana, just recently laid to rest her mother, and does not have the funds at this time to obtain this item. Nana is waiting to obtain a car seat so her granddaughter can come safety to and from her home while she is in her care.

I have a set of grandparents who now have their two grandsons living with them after their mom passed away a few months ago. The kids have mattresses, but they are needing bed frames, one box spring and a dresser. The whole family is still grieving and adjusting, and the grandparents haven't had the extra money for the frames and box spring. The grandparents make too much (barely) for food stamps and are trying to get a little extra help until they can get the legal side of things done for guardianship and then they are hoping to apply for food stamps again.

I have a family that got behind on their electric bill and needs support paying off $350 in order to keep the power on. She is out of a job, has experienced domestic abuse over the last year on a few different occasions, and struggles with her mental health while parenting the two children alone.

Family with 3 school age children needs a washer. Current washer is broken and they have been going to the laundry mat. Money is tight and mother just had surgery so she has been unable to go wash their clothes recently.

A mom with a child with special needs mentioned that she was without basic clothing and personal hygiene items impacting her ability to work and provide for her family. These items would help this mom be able to provide for her family.

Due to unexpected circumstances, this newly married couple and family of 3 needed to find a place to live. With deposits and moving fees, it leaves them still in need of a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Please consider helping get this family on their feet so they can care for their precious 2-year-old daughter the best way possible.

Foster Care Awareness Month is here and around 6,000 children are in the Oklahoma foster care system on any given day. All though we care about each one of these amazing kids we want to come alongside those that are in our community to ensure that they know they are loved, supported, and have community.

All though we may not be able to solve the foster care crisis state wide we can solve it in our community. One easy step in doing this is by supporting the foster families that have stepped up on behalf of these precious children. We are working to get 25 care totes prepared for the 25 Foster families that are in our area. These totes are a small example of how we can help support them as they go into the summer months and resources are limited. This is a community opportunity for churches, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals to make a difference. Everyone can do something and together we can make a difference.

The items that you provide can be dropped of at ReaLove in Miami May 22nd & June 5th from 1 PM - 4 PM so that the Care Totes can be assembled and distributed to the families in June.

For the first time ever, between CBC Middle School and High School Camp, we have 14 Neighbor's Ministry Students who would like to attend. This is a record number. Every one of them is a the child of an amazing Single Mom who is either working their tail off to provide for their family, or in two cases, facing serious health issues.

Our Neighbor's Ministry students have been super committed this year to attending Tutoring and/or Bible Study. Many of the Mom's are involved in our Neighbor's Mom's Bible Study as well. This is a HUGE answer to prayer as we have been working to go deeper with the Gospel with our families. However, we were not prepared for the amount of scholarships we would need this year and did not budget for it. In order to be good stewards of our budget and to give them a potentially life changing experience, would you help us cover the cost of sending them to Camp with CBC Student Ministry this summer?

I am convinced that including them in this experience an make a tremendous impact is a testament to the collaboration between Neighbor's and Study Ministry over the past few years. Our heart is that they would come to know Jesus and to be involved and discipled by both our Neighbor's Ministry and Student Ministry strengthening their Christian community and support.

Wether it is $5 or $500, every penny goes to the cost of them attending camp.
