Story
A single mother with children is currently unable to work due to a mental health disability and is struggling to cover basic living expenses after paying rent and utilities. The family previously experienced homelessness and lost all of their belongings during that time. While she is now able to maintain stable housing, she cannot afford the essential household items needed to make the home functional and comfortable. Despite her parent mentor’s support and outreach to local community agencies, the family still lacks several key items necessary for day-to-day living.
This family would greatly benefit from assistance with the following: bunk beds and mattresses for the children, a mattress and bed frame for the mother, pots, pans, and baking dishes, a microwave, and an air fryer. Providing these items would allow the family to redirect their limited income toward other critical needs and help create a more stable and livable home environment. Your support would make a meaningful difference in their lives.
