The referred family consists of a grandmother, grandfather, and their granddaughter. They are in need of a twin bed, mattress, and bedding for their granddaughter that has just moved in with them since the Eaton Fires on a permanent basis. Currently the granddaughter has been sleeping on the pull out sofa, but the grandparents want to turn their office into a permanent space for their granddaughter to call her own. This would be a great assistance to the family.

A single mother had her children removed from the home by JFS and she is successfully completing her case plan and has obtained housing so she can start over with the hopes of getting her children returned to her. She has transitioned to supervised in-home visits and will be transitioning to in-home unsupervised visits as soon as she can obtain adequate furniture. Any help is appreciated and is detrimental in getting JFS to approve her new apartment

Maternal aunt and uncle recently took in their 6 year old niece. She came from a home infested with bed bugs and could not bring any clothes or personal items. Family has purchased as many things as they are able with no financial assistance yet. They could use clothes for the child (sizes below) as well as gift card for food and clothes. Shirts 10/12 or 14, size 7/10 dress Walmart gift card for clothes King Soopers or Safeway gift card for food

The family is having issues with the 10 year old child leaving the home and wondering around town. The family would benefit with window and door sensors/alarms to help alert them if the child is leaving the home without permission. This security feature in the home could be beneficial to the family to assist them in the supervision of the child.

Please help preserve this kinship placement with 2 out of the 4 children which are placed with their great Aunt. The children are ages 2 & 6 and are having a hard time eating solid foods and was directed by medical professionals to start to blend the children food due to internal health concerns. The family is requesting a blender and help make the children smoothies. The family has also requested help with stimulating the children learning and has asked for any educational help. Things like flash cards, puzzles, books and educational toys. Both children are Autistic, and the family asked for help with sensory toys that can help the children in any way possible and help with gas back and forth to their numerous appointments. The family is also in the process of potty training the 2-year-old and has asked for help with a potty chair and pull ups. During the last two months the younger child required multiple doctors visits and specialty visits to Stanford Children's Neurosurgery Center. This has put a major financial strain and hardship on the mother. With additional unforeseen costs of travel, medical bills, prescription costs, and lost time from work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to help this family with this urgent need as they are facing eviction.
