Seeking a Supportive Family for Young Mother and Child

We are looking for a nurturing and patient family willing to open their home to a 20-year-old expectant mother and her soon-to-be-born child. This young woman has a deep love for her baby but faces cognitive challenges that limit her ability to parent independently. Due to her developmental limitations, the court requires 24/7 supervision whenever she is with her child. We are seeking a family or program that can provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where both mother and child can thrive. Ideally, this would be a home experienced in therapeutic foster care, supported living, or parenting youth with special needs.

Mother and grandmother live together. There are a total of 10 children in the home. Several of the children are potty training, and some of the younger children especially could use some more underwear and clothing.

Hello! We would like to request funds for tickets to Seven Falls for 3 URM (Unaccompanied Refugee Minor) youths. We have been working with these young men for the past few months, and they are all placed in the same foster home. The two youngest youth are new to the program and new to the state of Colorado. They have experienced many transitions in the past couple of months but are doing well and are registered to start high school this fall while continuing working through the summer. The oldest youth has been with the family for about 3 years and has helped the 2 younger youths with this transition into a new culture. Going to Seven Falls would provide these young men with a fun an interesting activity where they can safely get out into the community as they enjoy hiking and exercising together. This will also support their physical and mental health as they deal with these major life changes in their young lives, work through their past histories, and navigate everything else that is going on the world right now. 62220822- A loving and caring Aunt has recently stepped into a parental role to ensure that her 2 nephews are nurtured and supported during this critical time in their lives. Both boys are currently students at New Albany Middle School and have been invited to participate in their 8th grade class trip to Washington, D.C. This trip promises to be a powerful learning experience, offering academic enrichment and personal growth through firsthand exposure to our nation's history and culture.

The total cost of the trip is $939 per student, which includes transportation, lodging, meals, and all planned activities. While she fully supports this enriching opportunity for both boys, the combined cost presents a financial challenge for the family, especially since she just recently returned to the workforce.

A family with two children recently took in two dogs from their sister. The dogs almost had their sister evicted from her apartment, and now they are faced a similar dilemma. If they don't find a home for the dogs, they could be evicted. The family is looking for a home for the two dogs. They searched rescue sites and no kill shelters but hasn't received any help or support. Please help support this family by either taking in the dogs or by spreading the word.

Hello! Church, we have an opportunity to come alongside a single mom who is a member at Wildwood & help support her as she cares for the older bio siblings (brothers ages 9 & 12) of her adopted son. The brothers are still in foster care and need care for a period of 10 days in July. To say yes, the single mom needs childcare for the boys while she is at work. There are openings at a local day camp for both boys. The cost for 7 days of camp for both boys is $700. Please keep this family in your prayers - pray specifically for the time the three brothers will have together.
