An adult sibling took placement for her younger three siblings from Virginia. The adult sibling/ kinship modified her home to make enough bedrooms for her siblings to live with her however the window air conditioner stopped working in the middle child's bedroom the day after the children were placed in the home. They are borrowing an window unit from a neighbor but that neighbor needs hers back. The family is in need of a small window air conditioner to have enough bedrooms for all siblings placed in the home. Please consider helping these kids stay with kinship!

Single mom of 3 is expecting a baby girl at the beginning of August and needs assistance with items for her newborn. This is a mother that we've worked with in the past who is reaching out in hopes that we can help her provide items for her newborn baby to come home to. She is very hard working and does all she can to provide for her babies but as a single parent is struggling to secure the supplies she needs for her baby on the way. Any contributions to provide relief would immeasurably encourage and strengthen the welfare of this family.

Family of two (1 adult and 1 female teenager) in need of clothing for teenager. Teen likes items that are "girly". Items needed: Tops (adult small), T-Shirt (adult medium), Jeans (size 3), Sneakers (Size 8) and Miscellaneous Toiletries (for teenage female). Family was previously displaced from housing. Recently they moved into permanent housing. These items will give the child normalcy and help her fit in with her peers.

I have a family in need. The CarePortal has helped in the past when the mother was reunified with her daughter. Now she is reunifying with her son and needs some additional support. The mother just moved into a new place to ensure she has space for everyone. The son who recently came home is in need of clothes and a place to sleep. The morther also requestsd bunkbeds if possibles. She reported that the new home does not have a refrigerator, but is hoping to find one used at a thrift store. Though she has mantained a stable home, she has had some hard times lately. She was in a car accident and suffered an additional injury from a failure in the flooring of her previous home. I have a mom on my caseload with 3 children. She is currently seeking employment and needs her own transportation. She has been sharing a car with the children's bio dad but it has become impossible for her to get a job with the limited time she has access to the car. She was recently given a used car from her dad and has requested help with getting a plate and tags, first month insurance and 2 car seats. Mom has 2 vouchers to get car seats at a local fire station and can get the car seats for $25 a piece. Please consider this request to help this family gain independence and help this mom with transportation to help support her children. Gift cards can be used to fill this need.

A grandmother has just received custody of her 3 grandchildren. They are in need of clothes, shoes and school supplies.

1. Girl 5 years old, size 4T clothes and 11 shoes
2. Boy 4 years old, 5T clothes and 11 - 12 shoes.
3. Girl 11 years old, Women's size 9 clothes, medium adult top, and 5 1/2 shoes. They will be attending Pueblo West schools and will need school supplies.

A woman we are serving has 2 children and is expecting her 3rd... She is in need of a double stroller because hey walk everywhere and have been in and out of shelters. Fostering Hope - one of our 111project Networking Partners is asking for additional AGE SPECIFIC Bibles that they can use to distribute out with their Hope Bags that they use to assist children and families in need within the Muskogee area and surrounding counties. By providing a Bible you are helping the ministry to provide the family with an easy conversation starter and age-appropriate reading tool to help with the child's development and potentially help with additional relational connection between Fostering Hope, it's clients and churches for wrap around support to the family and children.

This family has secured an apartment but cannot afford to fully furnish it. Dad, recently lost his job, rent is paid for this month. They need a sofa, beds, kitchen utensils, and the basic items for living. The children are ages 9 and 4, and grandma lives with them as well. They've been coming to Lighthouse Church as a result of using the pantry on site.

A blessed opportunity to help a young, Christian family make it through a very difficult time in the heat of summer. A mother and father trying to secure a roof over their young children and feed their family. Tragically, the mother just lost her baby during delivery; father had to take time off from work to take care of her. He is back working but they are behind a few paychecks.

They need help to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks while they save money to rent an apartment (the apartment isn't ready yet). They could also use help with essentials and food.

If we can help them now, it will stabilize their income and resources for the future.
