Clay County Children's Division tries to keep a clothing items in various sizes in our supply room for when kids first enter custody. These items are to assist the kids with clothing for 1 to 2 days while the initial clothing voucher is filled by the placement providers. We are running low on summer items in the following sizes. We would appreciate t-shirts, shorts, pjs, in the sizes listed below. These times can be new or used as long as there are no holes or stains. We are also needing a few bottles of baby wash.

This participant was recently reunified with her child and is working hard to provide for him. She has a job but is having a difficult time making ends meet with all of the newly added expenses of caring for her son. This week, she had to purchase supplies for her son's youth camp and now does not have the means to purchase her prescriptions that are ready for pick up. These prescriptions are crucial to her mental and physical health. We are asking for assistance in purchasing her prescriptions, 2 medications not covered by her insurance, which are $120 total. Single Mom struggling with fluctuating employment has gotten behind on rent. She is working with School social workers on a long term housing plan but needs assistance paying rent arrears. Requesting $500 to get caught up

Resource Linkage is working with a mother of 2, recently separated and trying to make ends meet. Careportal assisted the family by paying her back rent owed and the mother caught up her other bills with money saved, she is asking for assistance with groceries before her case is closed. She and her children have been visiting local food banks to supplement before her next paycheck. Any help is appreciated.

This family was connected with W.C. Mitchell over a month ago for the delivery of a full-size bed. I personally verified and spoke with Mr. Mitchell, who confirmed he would be fulfilling the request. He mentioned he had some delays initially but was back on track and planned to deliver the bed. However, I received a call yesterday stating the bed still has not been delivered, and Mr. Mitchell is now no longer answering calls from the family or from me. This family remains in serious need of this one bed. If another party is able to fulfill this request, it would be a true blessing and much-needed support. I am unsure what happened with Mr. Mitchell, but the need is still present. Thank you.

Single mom of 3 is expecting a baby girl at the beginning of August and needs assistance with items for her newborn. This is a mother that we've worked with in the past who is reaching out in hopes that we can help her provide items for her newborn baby to come home to. She is very hard working and does all she can to provide for her babies but as a single parent is struggling to secure the supplies she needs for her baby on the way. Any contributions to provide relief would immeasurably encourage and strengthen the welfare of this family.

A grandmother has just received custody of her 3 grandchildren. They are in need of clothes, shoes and school supplies.

Fostering Hope - one of our 111project Networking Partners is asking for additional AGE SPECIFIC Bibles that they can use to distribute out with their Hope Bags that they use to assist children and families in need within the Muskogee area and surrounding counties. By providing a Bible you are helping the ministry to provide the family with an easy conversation starter and age-appropriate reading tool to help with the child's development and potentially help with additional relational connection between Fostering Hope, it's clients and churches for wrap around support to the family and children.

This family has secured an apartment but cannot afford to fully furnish it. Dad, recently lost his job, rent is paid for this month. They need a sofa, beds, kitchen utensils, and the basic items for living. The children are ages 9 and 4, and grandma lives with them as well. They've been coming to Lighthouse Church as a result of using the pantry on site.
