We have a client who is pregnant and due to have her baby in 4 weeks. She is a single, first time mom and has nothing for her baby. She has a lot of anxiety around her pregnancy and being a mom, but is excited about the arrival of her little one. She is in need of a car seat/stroller combo and a bassinet. These item will really help her with her anxiety as she prepares for the arrival of her daughter. She is a beautiful and kind soul and is so thankful for any help and support she can get. Thank you for considering this request.

This family recently started working with the Department. Concerns involved domestic violence which led to mom leaving her husband. Through this process she has become the sole provider and is 100% responsible for the kids, especially now that her mom recently passed away. Mom has been financially dependent on father but is now working two jobs to try and keep the apartment she is currently in. Her son has unexpectedly needed to have surgery this week, so she had to access funds for her rent and groceries.
