Family with four young children, including two special needs children and an infant, are in need of additional food assistance for their home to ensure the children's continued safety and well-being in their home.

I am reaching out on behalf of a loving mother of two who is going through an incredibly heartbreaking and challenging time. She recently suffered the devastating loss of a pregnancy and had to undergo surgery, which required her to take several weeks off work without pay to heal both physically and emotionally. During this time, her household bills have piled up, and she has now fallen behind on her water and electric bills. She has received disconnection notices, and without immediate support, her services are scheduled to be cut off by next week. This family is in urgent need of help, and any amount of support—no matter how small—would make a meaningful difference and offer some relief and stability as they work to recover and rebuild.

This family has worked hard and just had their baby boy reintegrated into their home. They have applied for WIC but the funds will not be available for a few more weeks. They are needing formula, specifically "Similac Advanced," to give to the daycare to feed their son while they are at work. Providing this will ensure that both parents maintian their employment and that the health needs of this baby are met.

We are looking to help a foster care placement with a medically fragile needs child. We are requesting the following items to help in the foster family in the home and also to help the youth gain some more independence.

We are looking for:

• portable tray that would sit over or on top of the youths wheelchair -Recliner chair that is water proof/has wheels -Cups with lids/not with straw that will not make a mess/to help gain some independence -Small kitchen table that they can make bigger and smaller to fit wheelchair around -Medium -Large size diapers -Urine pads/blue pads to put under him when in the youths chair
  -Baby Wipes/Gloves
  -Adult bibs/cover everything to his lap -Electric tooth brush X2

Single mother with 4 children who lost their home to a house fire, the mother is struggling to get back on her feet and feeling a little defeated as her and her children lost everything in the fire. The family is in need of clothing The mother needs an adult size medium-large, sports bra's the same size, and underwear, shoe size a 31/2 kids the 15-year-old daughter wears the same size as the mother, but shoe size is a 81/2-9 in women's 9-year-old daughter wears a medium in juniors is in need of socks and underwear and size 6 women's shoes will need to be wide 9-year-old son wears a size 10 clothing and is in need of socks and underwear, shoe size is 4 in kids 5-year-old daughter is in need of size 7-8 girls' clothing and 1 1/2-2 in shoes. The family is bi-racial and is also in need to hair products unscented.

The mothers phone is also about to be shut off and is needing it to stay in contact with agencies that are helping her with housing. she has a past due balance of 87.00

A previous mom we helped some time ago has stated the bed we gave is now worn. A photo was provided to show that. She would appreciate a twin bed for her son (mattress and box springs and rails, or platform frame) and a comforter. This will help her son to get the sleep he needs to be healthy and feel secure.

PLEASE NOTE: RISE CHURCH CAN MEET THIS NEED WITH A BED WE ALREADY HAVE IN OUR INVENTORY. NO FURTHER DONATIONS ARE NEEDED.

A family of 5 is in need of a bed for their oldest son. He is in high school and is need of a full-sized bed. The family has suffered a few set backs and are working hard to get back on their feet. Having a bed will greatly improve the quality of life for this teenage boy. Please consider helping with this need.

There is an individual within the church that coaches underprivileged children that is in need of athletic gear / shoes / cleats for a few of the children in order for them to remain active in sports this summer and throughout the upcoming school year.. mainly he is in need of basketball shoes any sizes and size 12.5 men's cleats and tennis/ basketball shoes. If u have any kids or adult shoes for males new or used in good condition that u would like to donate please please reach out these kids are desperately needing these to continue with the well-being of their athletic abilities not to mention being active in sports helps with the mental well being of our children in today's society
