A 3 year old child is in foster care and mother is now living in Genesee County and having difficulty in getting to and from visits with her son. Mother gets a ride and is struggling to pay for gas. Gas cards would be much appreciated.

Five month old female child in a temporary relative placement due to safety concerns with her parents in need of size 3 diapers (any brands other than Luvs) and Similac sensitive formula (orange can). The relative caregivers have also requested a small trash can with a lid for the baby's room to allow the ease of throwing away dirty diapers. The parents and relatives have limited financial resources. Thank you.

We have a need for an ironing board as well as an iron so that the family can ensure that their clothes are not wrinkled.

The wonderful relative caregiver accepted placement of her 5 year old granddaughter. The granddaughter will start school in August and the caregiver has asked for assistance obtaining a kid desk for her. She would like to separate the dining room for eating and not have the youth to do her work there as well. The youth's favorite color is pink, however, we appreciate any assistance!

The client is a young mother who recently gave birth and is working hard to care for her newborn despite facing significant financial hardship. Her Social Security benefits were recently cut, leaving her without a stable income or access to necessities. Both she and her baby would greatly benefit from support with essential items, such as food, hygiene products, baby clothes (0-6 months), and supplies. Baby laundry detergent, baby's toys, essential items, including food such as milk, bread, rice, fruits, and vegetables; hygiene products like soap, toothpaste, deodorant, and diapers; and cleaning supplies to maintain stability and meet daily needs. The client has been highly consistent and engaged in her treatment, showing strength and commitment to building a better future for herself and her child. While she has endured severe trauma in the past, including abuse and exposure to violence, her current focus is on providing her newborn with the care and stability she did not have growing up. A previous mom we helped some time ago has stated the bed we gave is now worn. A photo was provided to show that. She would appreciate a twin bed for her son (mattress and box springs and rails, or platform frame) and a comforter. This will help her son to get the sleep he needs to be healthy and feel secure.

A family of 5 is in need of a bed for their oldest son. He is in high school and is need of a full-sized bed. The family has suffered a few set backs and are working hard to get back on their feet. Having a bed will greatly improve the quality of life for this teenage boy. Please consider helping with this need.

There is an individual within the church that coaches underprivileged children that is in need of athletic gear / shoes / cleats for a few of the children in order for them to remain active in sports this summer and throughout the upcoming school year.. mainly he is in need of basketball shoes any sizes and size 12.5 men's cleats and tennis/ basketball shoes. If u have any kids or adult shoes for males new or used in good condition that u would like to donate please please reach out these kids are desperately needing these to continue with the well-being of their athletic abilities not to mention being active in sports helps with the mental well being of our children in today's society
